We needed to be at BGSU for a conference and this location was perfect. Easy to access and comfortable space. Three of us stayed here very comfortably together.

Unsafe and unclean
Charming property heated only by space heaters and poor ventilation. A sleeping tragedy waiting to happen. Not up to VRBO standards.

I’m so sorry when a unit is missed by the cleaning staff. On a busy campus weekend (Homecoming, Parents Weekend, etc.) we have many turnovers and very rarely do we miss a beat. This cleaning staff is exceptional.!!
Unfortunately this night was one of those nights…
When this guest arrived at Napoleon’s Nuk around dinner time and found it hadn’t been cleaned, I so wished he would have let us know. With cleaning staff a few blocks away, we could have gone right over and taken care of the situation.
He did not reach out to me or my manager and decided to stay and clean it himself.
We were informed the next day around checkout time, his frustration and dismay.
This is a brand new cute little remodeled unit.
It has a king size bed, full bath, laundry facilities, and a small sitting area with a fold down couch.
It is likely one of the lowest priced stays, you can find in Bowling Green, especially on parents weekend. Pretty much everything in the unit is brand new -bedding, wall coverings, floor coverings etc. It also has electric wall heating units installed by a reputable local heating company and also has appropriate air conditioning.
I returned the entire cleaning fee as soon as I heard about the mishap. This angry guest wasn’t happy and wanted his entire stay refunded. Told me he would report me to the city if I did not cooperate. When I asked him if he were so afraid of not being safe, why would he ever spend the night there? He had no answer.
So tired of the small few who will do and say anything to get a night for free.
Location was great for Bowling Green activities. We were in town for a tournament on campus. I may have overlooked description but there is no kitchenette - just a counter with a toaster and coffee maker and a tiny fridge.I could not find any heat. Slept with a jacket on. The hot water tank is LOUD - overall it was very loud when sleeping. I recommend taking a sound machine - I downloaded an app on my phone.Nice covered parking right at the door. Wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people who would share a bed. The host did warn me it was very small. Convertable bed is very uncomfortable and blankets hadn't been washed - still had Goodwill tag on them.Local recommendations left on the card at the house were great.Good place if you just need somewhere to sleep and will be busy in town otherwise.

Started off Great, the owner was very attentive. I rented the house for my 18 year old daughter to
& 2 friends while they were involved with activities at BGSU. Originally it was my daughter & 1 friend. Out of courtesy I let the owner know another girl would be joining. She left me know it would be an additional $30 (house sleeps 4). I was sent the wrong address for the property. I didn’t get the code until after 4 & that’s only because I asked. Upon check in my daughter asked for the wifi password. I texted the owner, I apologized for the bother & asked if she could provide the password, never responded. If wifi wasn’t available the polite thing would still be to answer.
