Named for its beauty, the home boasts > 3300 sq feet of living space with 30 guests maximum capacity, private pool, hot tub, built-in outdoor BBQ, walking garden, double-deck wrap-around porch, corn hole/bean bag toss, game room, billiards, shuffleboard, music room, theater/stage space, private play set, 5 tree swings, a mini-league soccer field (seasonal), 2 indoor fireplaces, an outdoor fire pit (winter only), a mini-league softball/kickball diamond (seasonal), and walking trails with sitting benches.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM Bedroom 1 - Master (sleeps 5): Queen size bed, Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone bathtub & walk-in shower for two with ceiling heater, dual vanity, television, ceiling fan, private access to upper-level wrap-around patio and seating. Three sitting chairs fold into separate single beds to sleep a total of five in the master suite. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4): Queen size beds x 2. We loved our stay!! We had a youth church retreat and had about 10 teenage girls and 3 adults. It was perfect for our group. The size fit us nicely, there were a lot of things for us to do, and we will probably book again!Pros:-pool is a good size with plenty of seating-rope swings throughout property were so fun for the teens-house was comfy for our size-AC was so nice-we could pick the temp that we wanted-host was so kind and helpful when we had an issue during our stay-Cons:-communication with host is not immediate, but helpful when does get back to you-spa heater didn't work-pool light didn't work-one of the 2 ovens didn't work and we really needed it-balcony's were shut off with plastic, so it got really hot if you wanted to sit on the balcony

Nice property but not pet friendly
Its a nice property but its definitely not for as many people as advertised. It has only 2 full baths. Also, that pets would need pre approval was not written in the description and was told about the day we were checking in. Luckily our dog is small and was approved. But one should note that the dog is only allowed to stay in the small laundry room at the entrance and outside patio which can get really cold. Without a dog, a small party would really enjoy this property. It was clean and big and has 2 full baths.

Fun Getaway
Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't comment on AC. I'm knocking a star off as I think the hosts should post better-resolution pictures and remove all the close-up photos. Also, there are cameras out on the deck and pool area which is a bit lame, but I get it, you want to protect your property. I was also excited to try out the soccer field, but it's just a dirt sandlot right now so we ended up passing on that. Wiffle ball on the sandlot was a lot of fun though! Overall we had a really fun time here and there are nearby river/streams that I wish we had time to visit. We had a group of 13 and it slept us perfectly. You could easily squeeze a couple more people and the hosts were responsive to any questions we had.

Where do I even begin? First, we were never told that the property had no cell service or internet. A whole caravan of us arrived only to realize we couldn’t access the check-in information or contact anyone for help. We had to drive 20 minutes back into town just to reach the property manager.Once we finally got in, things only got worse. The dishwasher was broken, the ceiling fans didn’t work, and the clawfoot tub in the master bathroom was unusable. The pull-out bed in the living room couch was completely broken and couldn’t be used. Maintenance was supposedly sent, but they were given no gate codes — so they just left and didn’t fix anything.The fire pit was located far down a steep path, beyond two gates, making it totally inaccessible — and frankly, it was a serious fire hazard with no safe setup.The home is MUCH smaller than it appears in the photos and was incredibly dirty. Whoever is supposed to clean between guests is doing a terrible job.To make matters worse, I had to deal with a property manager located in the Middle East, who called me at all hours of the night due to the time difference, disrupting my entire stay.As if that wasn’t enough, we were harassed upon arrival by a next-door neighbor accusing us of violating HOA rules by even being there as renters. We had to tell them to take it up with the owners.All in all, this was an awful experience and I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere.

Excellent house for group with kids
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the cleanliness of the home.
The house was equipped with lots of amenities for the kids to entertain themselves (mini ping-pong/pool table, shuffleboard, karaoke machine, basketball hoop, pickleball paddles and net, etc.).
We spent our time outside on the deck, soaking in the breathtaking views. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking and exploring the area. Make sure you have the instructions on how to turn it on, as this was provided after we requested for it.
The location was also ideal for a secluded stay, with some nearby attractions and activities to keep us busy. We visited the Empire Mine State Historic Park, went golfing, and played in the snow by White Cloud campground.
The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the info we needed to make the most of our stay. We were notified that the pool cues and the TV remote were missing just as we were arriving, but Clay placed an order through Amazon and it arrived in a timely matter.
The only drawbacks were that there was no coffee maker, so it was a bit of a hassle to make coffee for 10 people on two French presses. Also, there were not enough blankets for 14 people. During our stay, the temperature was about high 30’s to mid 40’s at night, so some extra blankets would have been great.
Overall, I can't recommend this house enough. It was truly the perfect home away from home.

Renters Beware!
The house is in a private neighborhood. Which means the lighting in the pool area goes off at 9pm because apparently it means the neighbors can not sleep LOL. There is a small lamp that stays on but its crappy and broken like a lot of things in this house. The pool table, ping pong table and shuffle board are all miniature kid sizes. The photographs are ment to be tricky. The AC has a saved preset that you are unable to change so every so often the AC turns off and the heat turns on. The fridge and freezer were both dirty with food crumbs and a nasty smell so we had to clean it before using. The living room fan did not work and we were not offered any solution. There were shoes and used socks outside on the deck. You can request camera to be turned off which we did for the pool area and the management confirmed they would however the blue light went on randomly as they turned it on to randomly check in. The only good thing about this rundown house is the pool and even the pool needs to be resurfaced as it very sharp and scraping at the bottom. Not worth the money do not stay here. Very disappointed in my first VRBO experience.

While we appreciated Craig and his group of guests coming to our home, we are surprised to see the outlier low review from their group.
(1) Our home indeed has a 9pm quiet hours and low-light request to protect the neighborhood. To future renters, this home is a stunning get away, but being in the country, sound travels very far and it's great for star gazing because its dark. We have had great experiences for many despite these requests - those who knows how to enjoy peace and quiet... after 9pm here is a great chance. Prior to 9pm, there are no restrictions and we even host select events;
(2) We have a permanent outdoor lampost, but keep only one lightbulb lit after 9apm and it generates the ambient light, as well as lights up and down the stairs of the gardens;
(3) We are not sure how to respond to the accusations that "lots of things are broken" unless they are mentioned individually as we have ongoing repairs and replacements for all services and amenities;
(4) Shuffle board is standard size, not for children. The pool table and billiard table is a multi-game table that transforms between games - smaller than standard size, but not specific to just children - for adults too. The corn hole is full size;
(5) the photographs are simple and straightforward images of the space;
(6) The AC has a preset program like all homes, but has never been known to switch to heat - we were not contacted that this had occurred and question if even possible (we suspect it more likely that more than one person might have been attempting to modify the settings and might have accidentally turned on the heat - it's never happened before or since);
(7) The living room fan was mislabed - so the fan button runs the light and the light button runs the fan;
(8) feedback of shoes being left was immediately routed to the cleaning and turn-over professional and acknowledges as a missed item on our checklists - please accept our apologies (we were also not informed of this until the published review);
(9) the same report was given to the cleaners about the fridge, but our pre-and post- turnover photographs show a well cleaned fridge (but it's not a brand new fridge) - we added a stand-alone ice machine and many guests have appreciate this very much;
(10) the cameras are motion sensors so whenever approached, the lights would turn on - easily misinterpreted to be persistent checking ins - however due to the accusations herein and from other guests, cameras are to remain on for retroactive references without exception (unfortunately these kinds of guests make it requisite to protect against false accusations); (11) the pool has not had any prior reports of harming guests--- only with prolonged pool time can the skin fill with water (appear like a "prune" or "raisin") and be more easily hurt by the patio and pool surface (as with most any pool).
We want to ensure that future potential guests know that Craig and his guest at multiple times communicated to us about the beauty of the property, but that they seemed frustrated at enforcement of the no-tobacco policy (which they violated on camera and with trash evidence), that they could not light an outdoor fire in the fire pit (which is seasonal by legal decree and prohibited by the county when it can cause a wildfire) - which they violated anyway (on camera). Sometimes when people feel angry about enforcing rules to keep the property and neighborhood safe and respected.
While we appreciate every guest, in our experience as hosts, we invite readers to view such outlier reviews as this one with skepticism. We are happy to answer all questions and to welcome all respectful and honest groups to our relaxing and peaceful estate.
