Hamilton at Somerset vacation rentals

Very nice property. Beach was lovely as was the condo. Kitchen was very well stocked. The only negative I noticed was that even though the master bathroom has two vanities and is plenty big enough for two people to share there is no door on the water closet, which basically makes it a one person bathroom.

WOW! Condo is HUGE and high end finishes everywhere- BEAUTIFUL. Tons of windows and the oceanfront view is spectacular but you also get the bonus of wonderful marsh views out of all the side views and back balconies. The front oceanfront balcony is HUGE and protected by the floor above. FULLY stocked kitchen - GO! Stay! Enjoy! we did !! Close to everything Pawley's and Murrel's Inlet. #perfect!

This was our first time to Pawleys Island and the condo was perfect. The location was great. The condo was extremely well equipped and updated - the pictures online do not do it justice. The building was in a great location and the pool was rarley crowded. The beach access was very close and the beach was not crowded compared to some of the other areas further down. We typically vacation in Hilton Head so we were a little nervous, but this was a great experience. We definitely chose the right condo!

Overall the property is a great place for a family vacation, The grounds at Litchfield are perfectly maintained with beautiful flowers planted everywhere. We caught 24ft red drum fish in the lake on the property. We were also able to catch blue crab in the same lake. Hamilton 401 is an ocean front condo and was very large and beautifuly furjished. The only complaint I had was the door in the livingroom was very hard to open even after cleaning out and spraying wd40 in the track. I think the rollers on the bottom of the door need to be replaced.

Beautiful condo and perfect location on the beach! This is one of my favorite beaches. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.
