within Captains Cove Resort. Offering guests amazing panoramic views across the canals when looking out from your private deck and balcony it provides you a beautiful area to take in all the afternoon sun 🌞 has to offer.
With your own private jetty positioned right out the front of the space you have the perfect setup to bring your boat or jetski and launch kayaks from.
The indoor pool is located conveniently across from the property. With an easy walk into the town's centre you will find everything you need from cafes, restaurants & the supermarket throughout the duration of your stay.

Great Position

well appointed property with great outlook. Very comfortable beds and linen. Carpet is a little tired but overall it was a great place to stay and having the jetty was wonderful. we hired a boat for 4 days and it was very easy.

Our stay at ‘The View’ was incredible. The weather turned out to be quite average which meant we couldn’t do what we had originally planned to do in Paynesville. Luckily the resort had an indoor heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, paddle boating, fishing off the private jetty right at our back doorstep and relaxing on the deck with a beautiful lake view. Another positive is that the shops and park is only a short walk away. We highly recommend ‘The View’ to our family and friends and will definitely be back. Thank you, Will and Amy for hosting!

Nice Holiday

The property was nice, particularly the water frontage and the use of a private jetty for our boat. Information about the property at check in was provided only about 2 hours before we arrived there. The instructions on the fridge about connecting to the wifi where wrong and had to contact the host for the correct wifi details. While the property is nice, it is obvious that they have a high turnover of holidaymakers there as the inside showed signs of wear and tear.
