Propane Gas grill provided . Separate Laundry room with washer & dryer. Apartment well lite in safe, quite neighborhood. 2 Driveways that will allow parking for 3 cars. Close to grocery stores, convenient stores and gas stations. Mall and shopping area within 5 miles Several eating and dining options near by. Only10 mins from Rt 76 , Rt5 and the Ohio Turnpike. Just a short drive to beautiful Lake Milton for recreational fishing & boat rental. Your family will be close to everything staying at this centrally-located duplex. Quite neighborhood close to bars and restaurants in the center of Newton Falls, Ohio walking distance to the second oldest cover bridge in Ohio and a short drive to Lake Milton which provided boating , fishing, picnic area and playground. City Park just a block away - walking distance, enjoy, playground, tennis & basketball courts, baseball fields, skate ramps, and picnic area.
