This house has EVERYTHING!

This house has absolutely everything you could need! It is so well appointed, so comfortable and the layout for a big family and friends who are family could not be better! We loved our stay! The photos don't so it justice the house it awesome!

Wonderful property! Everything matched the property description. Heated pool was fantastic. Lots of games for the family to play. Very clean and well appointed. Would absolutely consider renting again.

Amazing Family Rental

This was an excellent family rental! This beautiful, clean house was well thought out and set up for many people with plenty of room. The property provided a lot to do with a lush private yard including a pool and our favorite pool house bar with darts and arcade. This was tge perfect location close to downtown and the beach. The entire experience was wonderful including excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation Home for large family!

We had an amazing stay on Wiley Road. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Very nice, clean and spacious for a large group (including young children). Location was perfect and very central to all that Saugatuck/Douglas offers. The pool, game room, and fire pit/grill area were perfect for hanging at the house. John & the house management team were very quick to respond to our questions and helpful at every turn. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Home and Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at this rental home. It was exactly as the photos and description noted. The home was immaculate, well stocked, and they had thought of everything that a vacationing family would need. We have two young boys and they had a great time in the pool, playing on the arcade games, and with all of the games in the garage. There also was a stroller, wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas already available for use to visit the beach. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect vacation house

Everything about this stay was perfect. The listing almost doesn’t do it justice. Each room and furniture was comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked, spacious, and clean, and the garage and pool room were perfect hangout spots for games and music. Of course, there’s the pool and fire pit area, which were great relaxing spots. John was a very responsive host. And when the pool temperature seemed lower than expected, the property manager, Chadd, was there to fix it within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a winner!

Deer Crossing was the perfect venue for our multi-generation family vacation in beautiful Southwest Michigan. Spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms, wonderful gathering spaces in the dining room, family room, screened porch, and around the pool. We’ve stayed in a dozen different rental homes over the past few years and this was the best by far! The little kids loved the games in the garage and everyone enjoyed the arcade in the pool house. This house was so user friendly and included many extra touches for aesthetics and comfort. We really didn’t want to leave!

A 5 star summer vacation house

We traveled here with my family and had an amazing time. The house is perfectly designed for larger groups and plenty of room to separate into smaller groups for visiting. The pool was so beautiful and we all enjoyed Swimming day and night. They have done amazing job, organize the kitchen and labeling all drawers and cabinetry, making it easy to work . The gas grill had extra propane provided which came in handy. This is a beautiful home and we look forward to come again next year. Working with Jon, the owner, as well as Chad. The manager was seamless. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home!

Saugatuck Family Vacation

This vacation rental was all of our family of 15 could have hoped for. We have four boys ranging from age 12 to 15 and they enjoyed the game garage and the pool but they had the most fun playing whiffle ball on the front lawn. Having stayed in many vacation rentals, I can say that this home is the best equipped by far. The kitchen has everything you may need and having two extra refrigerators helped so much. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a wagon! Oh, I can’t forget about the ice maker in the game room. The upstairs apartment is nice for those that may need a space of their own to use. We did find that one of the bedrooms not having inside access was unusual but it is not a deal breaker at all. The gathering areas, both inside and out, were awesome. We put the large dining table to good use for playing games. All in all, we had a great time and would not hesitate to to book this home again!
