We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Easy access, lots of space, very clean, and plenty of parking. Host was very easy to reach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Close to amenities but private. Nice location near route 50 and route 13.
Came to the area for our sons baseball tournament that was scheduled last minute. The place was perfect for our family! Close enough to all the things the kids wanted to do but far enough away for us to enjoy and wind down for the night. Matt and Marsha were wonderful hosts. They were so nice and made us feel so welcome. We can't wait to visit again!

Kassi, we loved having you and your family stay! We look forward to your coming back anytime! We loved having you, our guest become family and we are so grateful for this ❤️!
Though we didn’t have much down time because of our schedule with baseball games we were so happy with this charming place.
Everything was so clean and decorated to make it feel like home.
There was nothing that you would need that wasn’t supplied.
Thank you for sharing your lovely VRBO

We rented Marsha and Matt’s place to enjoy a weekend on the eastern shore for our anniversary. The cottage was well appointed, clean, and cozy. Marsha and Matt even left us a little gift for our anniversary! They live on the property, were lovely to talk to, and were helpful with recommendations for restaurants around Salisbury. The kids also loved hanging out with the farm animals. We’re already looking forward to a return trip! :)
Perfect! Just what we all needed for a "work" weekend on our nearby property. M&M has everything you'll need and their sweet personal touches meant a lot.
The lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim. Especially when trying to shave..BUT, this would not stop us from staying again.
Than you M&M for such great hospitality.

About the host
Hosted by Marsha Morris
My husband Matt and I (Marsha) have lived on the Eastern Shore all of our lives. I grew up in Parsonsburg Md not too far from where we live now, Matt my husband grew up in Eden Md which is 15 minutes from us now. I would say that we grew up in a small town and became elementary sweethearts in fifth grade. We married and joined our family together in 2009, we've known one another for 40 years. We live in the main house across the driveway from the Guest house. Matt's an electrician and has been for over 30 years, he works for our local Union 24. Me, I am the owner of a Cleaning Service and have been in business for over 25 years. We both love what we do and enjoy meeting new people and sharing our talents to help others. We have a daughter and three beautiful grandchildren that stop in every day. We have several farm animals on our property plus we have a fur child named Rugar, he is a happy black lab that equally enjoys meeting and greeting people! We have a 1/4-acre pond stocked with fish, and we end up having several Geese stop in from time to time. We do fish in our pond, but we catch and release. Matt and I enjoy fishing either here at our house or just taking the boat out in our local bays. The house and land we live on has been our dream home since we were young. We bought this house in 2018 from a family friend, we have done a ton of upgrading. Were still working on projects around the house it definitely is a labor of love for us. Please enjoy your stay with us as we hope you fall in love with what we have over the past several years. Kindly Matt & Marsha
Why they chose this property
Matt and I bought this property in 2018 from family friend, the ironic thing is that we both have loved the property from a young age. Since we were raised in the area, we traveled by it many times and also went to a Halloween party here many, many years ago with the original owners. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to improve the house and property over the past few years. It definitely has been a labor of love and were not done yet...lol.
What makes this property unique
This house and property have so many pluses to add such as the long driveway, the charm of the outdoor living areas. The front porch and circle driveway is something I always wanted, extra parking on the side driveway. I cannot forget the 1/4-acre pond and enjoying the sunrise and sunsets. Having such a quiet way of living on a safe and beautiful property out in the country is Heaven. We are close to many attraction, eateries, and theme parks with the opportunity to come home from all the Hussle and Bussle of the outside world.
