Welcome to our renovated 3BR/2BA house in Salisbury, Maryland! Conveniently located near Salisbury University and a short drive to Ocean City, the boardwalk, and Delaware beaches. Our charming home offers a comfortable and stylish retreat.



Step inside and be greeted by new flooring, fresh paint, and updated landscaping. Relax in the spacious family room with a pull out couch, perfect for quality time and entertainment. Enjoy board games or unwind with your favorite movies on Netflix. Stay connected with fast WiFi, whether for leisure or work in the convenient office space.



Discover the joys of the cute backyard and the full, unfinished basement offers a fully equipped washer and dryer, complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Great family neighborhood on a quiet street. Located less than a block away from the scenic Salisbury University campus. We're conveniently located just a short drive to the Ocean City and Delaware beaches.



Getting Around:

Driving is the preferred method with plenty of parking around town. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are all available as well.



Other Things to Note:

We have a driveway that fits one vehicle and available street parking. During the weekdays, from 7:30 am though 7:30 pm, street parking is permitted with parking pass only. Two parking passes come with the rental. In total, 3 vehicles can be parked during your stay between the driveway and parking passes.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Salisbury University. The house was very cozy and perfectly situated close to the school. It was clean and very well maintained and decorated. Our only complaint is that we weren’t able to stay longer. If you are visiting the Salisbury area I highly recommend booking this house.
