@ 400 sq ft studio apt in the best location in the East Lake neighborhood of Atlanta. Walk to the end of the block and enjoy 5 great restaurants. 1 mile walk to Oakhurst Village & Kirkwood Village both with great restaurants. Just a couple of short miles to downtown Decatur, Emory University/Hospital, CDC, Agnes Scott, and downtown Atlanta & Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

Full kitchen, Roku tv, wireless internet, lots of light in this upstairs studio apartment. Comfortable Queen sized bed. Fantastic location 1 block to Hosea & 2nd restaurant development, 4 blocks to East Lake Golf Club. 1 mile to Oakhurst Village, 1 mile to Kirkwood Village, 2.5 miles to downtown Decatur and approx 5 mi to Krog Street Market in Inman Park, the Beltline, downtown Atlanta. Super close to Emory University/Hospital, Agnes Scott College, CDC.
The Hosea & 2nd development on our block is the central gathering spot in our neighborhood. Enjoy phenomenal food offerings & each restaurant has a great patio. Poor Hendrix, Salaryman, Mix'd Up Burger, Lake & Oak BBQ, and Perc Coffee. Hippin' Hops Brewery coming soon!
The apartment is above our detached garage so is completely separate from our personal home. There are approximately 14 steps. There are tables and chairs outside for your enjoyment.
Heat and Air are provided via the ductless mini split system controlled by a remote. Wifi is provided via Verizon Mobile Hotspot (25 mg data per month).
Parking is inside the gated driveway and there is additional street parking.
It is set up for adults, not children. No pets. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY AND NO PARTIES
The Airbnb income goes directly into our high school son's college savings fund, so he takes much pride in helping to maintain the space and in welcoming our guests. We have hired professional cleaners during Covid.

We have 1 dog, Red. When she is not in the house, she is in her own fence separate from your area.
Other things to note
There is 1 dog on the property (main house), but she will be in a confined area.
