SAILBOAT ACCESS. Your relaxation vacation awaits in this secluded neighborhood
home that has been completely renovated and sits on a Sailboat Access canal that leads directly to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf! The open concept of this home along with all the natural light and views of the canal will make you immediately feel at one with nature! The fully equip kitchen overlooks the living room and opens into the dining room so you will never be missing any moments with your family while preparing meals. There are 2 sets of patio doors, 1 leading into the screen lanai and the other out to the patio set in case you want to have breakfast watching the sun come up or dinner just watching mother nature on the canal. New boat dock and slip if you bring your boat up to 23'. Occasionally you will see dolphins, manatees, cranes, ducks, birds and all types of animals--after all.... this is Florida. And when in season, you have 2 types of Mango trees available for you to pick the fruit from the trees! Bikes, yard games, table & card games, and dominoes are available for your enjoyment. YOU ARE IN FLORIDAS FISHING MECCA SO....Fishing gear is also available for your use in the canal that has Drum, Tarpon, Snook, Sheephead, Trout, Crab, etc.....

Great Place

Our group really enjoyed the location of this home. It is tucked in just enough out of the way to feel private, but very close to great local restaurants and Fisherman's Village. We also enjoyed the back yard and found the home to be well equipped for our needs. Overall, this was the right home for the right price for us.

Spring Training

We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. We were in town for Braves and Rays spring training baseball. House was very close to great restaurants and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. House was very clean and newly renovated. Can’t wait to come back again.

This place had everything you could want. Great location on the canal with dock. Fish right from the dock or take your boat out for some sheepshead. House was furnished with anything you needed including games an even cornhole outside. Only bad part of the stay was the attic freez came through. Host couldn’t be held responsible for that lol. Looking forward to returning next year hope the weather is better. If not we found a lot of places to keep us busy. The Kiki bar was very relaxing great drinks, and the pretzel bites or fantastic.

Peaceful Setting

We traveled to Port Charlotte for the opening weekend of spring training The house was just perfect- plenty of places to sit inside and outside, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen Stay here and you are close to stores, parks, and attractions but will feel like you are away from the crowds We enjoyed watching the mullet jump and the boats go by on the canal This was the perfect place for a fun getaway Thank you for sharing your lovely house
