For those who love boating,nature,water,fishing and don’t want to be stuck in traffic - Port Charlotte provides an alternative to the waterfront communities in Miami,Ft.Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Plus you can fish for snook,redfish,tarpon,grouper,spotted sea trout,stone and blue crabs and many more. Our property has been recently fully renovated. This quaint, large private pool 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home offers space and comfort and amazing water views. Enjoy the morning sunrise drinking coffee / tea, listening to the sounds of the nature around the large pool. In order to watch a breathtaking sunset,dolphins, do some fishing,or to get nice Florida tan you can use our outdoor patio with lounge chairs and umbrella.
If you decide to make some food at home ( ideal for families on budget ) we offer a brand new fully equipped kitchen with modern custom made cabinets,high end quartz countertops and appliances. Also the view from the kitchen,dining room and family / living room is simply stunning. Preparing a meal will be a pleasure.
All 4 bedrooms have comfy queen size beds. 8 sleeps in total ( including children).
3 bedrooms / 2.5 baths are located on east side of the house - main bedroom and bath is located on the west side of the property. It makes it easier if you want / need some privacy from other guests.

Perfection!

This was the most beautiful place we have rented yet through Vrbo! From the amenities to the interior design everything was wonderful! Our hosts were very easy to work with, answered questions quickly and made sure our stay was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of towels, appliances were state of the art, and they had plenty of supplies for cooking at the house. The pool was wonderful and overlooked the canal. They had chairs for laying outside alongside the canal (which we saw plenty of fish, manatee and other sea life) and even some kayaks. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-week holiday at this beautiful home. Property is exactly as listed and has everything you could ever imagine needing during your stay. We stayed over Valentine's Day and we were greeted with roses, chocolates and fruit as a welcome package from the hosts. We felt very safe and enjoyed the water views. Beyond our expectations!!!

Where to start? This property was fantastic. I would give it a 15/10. The interior was simply gorgeous, with modern and updated design, comfortable furniture and all the amenities you could possibly need. My adult children were blown away, saying this was the nicest rental they have ever stayed in. That is saying a lot because they have stayed in so many places across this country and in Mexico. The kitchen was outfitted with anything you could possibly need. The owners had a coffee bar that was completely stocked. Spices and condiments were stocked too. The beds were comfortable, the rooms very spacious and the place was sparkling clean. The owner, Beata, was so kind and a very generous person. She laid out fruit and chocolate for my family’s arrival, which was so sweet and very much appreciated. She was great to communicate with and got back to me quickly with every question I had. This is not a place to miss. I highly recommend renting this home. We will be back! Thank you so much again.

We were blown away with this property! The home was so clean and very updated. The owners were a dream to work with! They replied so quickly! We have stayed in many VRBO’s and I have never been in one so well stocked with everything we need. It had beach chairs, towels, pool toys and the best surprise fishing poles and kayaks. This was my sons senior trip and all he wanted to do was fish so that is why I choose this home. They caught tons of fish right off the back of the house. I was planning on buying poles but they had plenty already at the home. The pool was amazing! My younger kids swam while the older ones kayaked and fished. There were lots of beds and bathrooms so we had plenty of space. My kids kept commenting on how amazing the house was. I can’t recommend this home enough.

Living our Best Life

Wow! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a sense of awe. First the property is well kept and CLEAN. The amenities are amazing ( large windows, great view of the water, baby grand piano, heated pool). The owners have considered every detail (cupboard with spices, first aid kit, hair dryer, curling iron, even a well organized junk drawer with kids coloring books and games! and if that was not enough, before you are presented with the reminder of the house rules, the most important being, "have fun", the host left a beautiful bouquet of long stem red roses, a bottle of wine, chocolate , fruit AND a thank- you card for staying at their HOME! Our family gathered to celebrate my nieces graduation from High School, and when we left, we all felt like we were ready to tackle new adventures. My sister who was very skeptical about vacation rentals, was amazed. This home far exceeded our expectations.

Everything you need is there- it's clean- quiet- great location-- the manager was great- easy check in! I highly recommend this place- a few things could change - bit not much- like a king bed-- 😀. This house is absolutely perfect. There isn’t a single thing missed here. Hosts go above and beyond to make sure you want for nothing. The house was immaculate. The pool was so warm for our winter stay. The weather did not cooperate but we were still able to enjoy the pool on several days. We were welcomed with flowers, champagne, fruit and chocolates! This is definitely the best rental we have ever stayed in. Book it!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The home is beyond well stocked, we had everything we needed from a high chair/portable crib for our baby to a welcome basket of fruit/snacks and Prosecco for the adults! Great location - beautiful water views, quiet neighborhood. We used the heated pool everyday, even though the weather was a bit cool. Beata and Mario are wonderful hosts, very responsive to questions and requests. I would recommend their home to anyone!

The house, pool and outdoor area were wonderful. Extremely clean and looked just as advertised. It was quiet and relaxing...just what we were looking for for a small family get-together. WOW! This was by far the best vacation rental we have stayed in, and we are frequent vrbo renters. The home definitely exceeded our expectations. It was SO clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed and then some. Beata was such a JOY to work with and clearly goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests are happy. She is extremely attentive and pays very close attention to every detail. The only problem we experienced was...we did not want to leave!
