Incredible location on Cypress Woods private golf course with option to transfer Membership during your stay (min. 30 days), including Golf, Pickleball, Tennis, Bocce, 24-hour fitness center, 4 pools, hot tub, plus walking trails! The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of space to relax after a day of golf and exploring Naples. Stepping off the back screened-in porch, you'll find yourself on the 17th hole of the Gordon Lewis designed Cypress Woods Golf Course.

Cypress Woods is a 'bundled' community, which means your membership includes access to all these activities and amenities, as well as providing you Reciprocal club benefits at 61 other private golf courses and dining rooms in the area from May through October. In those months you could play a new course almost every other day! 

 15 min drives to Gulf Shore beaches, downtown Naples, 5 minute drive to Seed-To-Table, and roughly 20 minutes to RSW Fort Myers Airport. All major stores only minutes away, like Target, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, etc... 

Naples, FL is one of the highest rated places in the country to live in and travel to. Incredibly safe, vibrant, fun for all ages, relaxing, great restaurants and bars, world class golf courses, and much more is waiting for you here!

Our condo is within a gated community and has one covered parking space in front of the building along with plenty of guest parking. This is a month by month rental ONLY!
