Quick overnight stay

We were overnight for a concert in the Champions area. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Only issue we had was gate wasn’t open at check in but we just waited for someone to come in. You might want to check the remote on the gate too. It wouldn’t open when we came back that night but again not a big deal.

Cypress apt

Lovely apt. Dishwasher not working. Refridgerator could not dispense ice or filtered water. Mattress on the left bedroom dusty.

Sorry to hear that there were so many issues. You never reached out to me if you had i would have fixed any problems. I personally check each room after check-out and before another guest comes after cleaning so I'm very surprise about any dusty that was supposed to be in the bedroom and would have corrected that immediately.
