Remodeled and spacious studio in the best neighborhood of San José. Rohrmoser is considered one of the safest, quietest, and most central neighborhoods in San José. The studio has access to pool, sauna, garden, BBQ, ping pong table, and roofed parking space. Four people comfortably fit in this studio. Free WIFI, Cable TV, hot water, king bed, ceiling fan, and fully equipped kitchenette.

The studio includes a dining area, kitchenette, living room with Cable TV and a futon, king bed with a pull out bed underneath, ensuite bathroom, and a closet. WiFi is available in the entire apartment.

The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, stove top, microwave, sink, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric water kettle, coffee, tea, and some spices are included as well.

The studio is located inside a recently remodeled house, which is divided into seven individual studios. All apartments are completely private and are also listed in Airbnb/VRBO.

The main entrance, garage, swimming pool, sauna, bbq, ping pong table, lounge area, and laundry room are all shared.

Beautiful property with beautiful view. Safety is top notch and the grounds and rooms are clean. The mamager is easy to reach and work with. Would definitely stay here again

Gaste key code didn't work, had to call Juan to come let us in, that night.No air conditioning, windows open, 1 rotagting fan that didn't have much power. Pool area was cooler and quieter, the 2 rattan deck lounge chairs, poolside, needed replacing. Grill was great, did up some steaks and Chorizo sausages. Hot dry sauna worked nicely, after the cool pool. Ran into Juan a few times, I hope has recovered, the car is OK. Ha! He's muy amable and made sure all was OK. (He speaks English anad Spanish, well. Short walk ( 1 mile?) to well stocked convenience store, to pick dinner components, wine and liquor.
