Great stay and location

If you're a foodie, this is the location for you. Awesome restaurants all around. Apartment was stocked with lots of amenities. There was even a step stool for our kids to get on and off the bed along with being able to brush their teeth and reach the sink. We had a great time here.

AMAZING!!! Great vacation experience.

I stayed here in March 2018 with my wife. It was a great apartment in a fantastic location with lots of wonderful window view and lots of living space. The apartment was fully furnished with quality and clean bed sheets (it is important for my wife and I). The apartment had a washer machine and dryer with supplied detergent and softener. Coffee was free and available. The neighborhood was upscale and safe. Location was so good that everything was walking distance such as market, stores, museums, movie theaters, groceries, and great 35+ restaurants in the neighborhood. The best restaurant was Sofia at the building entrance. We had dinner and lunch there. Also for breakfast we went to the Bakery Pandeli. Tasted great. They have given us 10% discount for staying in the apartment.

A House with a style

With my wife, I spent three days in this neat and lovely apartment with a spectacular view. The owner of the house a distinct taste for art and culture, that is detectable in every corner of the apartment. The location is awesome. It is in walking distance to great eateries, bars, and clubs, and also to all the major museums in San Jose. The contact people are easily reachable, and can be great resource for suggestions as to what to do in the town. The apartment comes with a bonus too, that two nearby restaurants, Sofia and Pandeli offer discounts to the clients for dinner and breakfast…Strongly recommend it…

we loved Ned's place. It was perfect for us.

The apartment was great and the area is fantastic with many excellent restaurants very close. The apartment is above the restaurant Sofia. We ate there two times and loved it. You get a discount at Sofia and the corner coffe place. The owner of Sofia, Mehmet, is super nice and so are the staff like Ronny. My daughters took Spanish classes across the street which was very convenient. We felt safe both in the apartment and the area. Of course, the trains do come by early in the morning, but that is part of the ambiance!

An island in San Jose's Bohemian District

This spacy appartment is really well situated, a short walk will to the city centre. Cafés and a dozen of restaurants are right there. The room distribution is excellent the two bathrooms give you independance.

Great apartment!

We stayed at this apartment while we visited San Jose for a few days and it was a great choice! The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything a traveler would need. The entrance of the apartment is in a restaurant, so you will need to walk through the restaurant to get to the buiding's door. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor of the building so you don't hear any noise from the restaurant. Ned was a great host and communications with him was very easy. The Wifi worked great and the TV has English channels in case you's like to stay in during one of the rain storms and relax infront of the TV. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked! The location is great- it's just a 10-15min walk to the city center with all the stores and the street it's on is full of various restaurants. We actually dined at the restaurant downstairs a few times and the food and service was great! The apartment has 2 rooms and can easily fit 4 people. Much recommended for anyone visiting San Jose!!
