Our villa features five modern bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 adults and is styled to offer luxury and comfort. Wrapped partially by a modern salt water pool our villa offers a seamless indoor/outdoor experience that maximizes fun, safety, and relaxation. A jacuzzi flows peacefully to the pool, creating a serene setting that multiple guests can enjoy simultaneously.
Enjoy an easy 3-minute walk or a 1-minute drive in our private golf cart to the world-renowned beach. Walk the pristine white sand, swim in the warm, clear Caribbean Sea or watch glorious sunsets from the beach gazebo.
At the villa our staff will cater to your every need, serving delicious meals and creating treasured memories.

isanti is a family-owned villa in one of Jamaica’s most exclusive gated beach communities. Our family has intentionally curated every detail of this home to reflect our proud Jamaican heritage and African ancestry.
The name isanti is derived from the Xhosa word for sand — a reflection of the pristine, powder white crystals of our beach, which is only a 3minute walk or an even quicker golf cart ride from our villa.
Our guests will fulljoy fine service, delicious meals and the great amenities including our distinctive pool and jacuzzi at isanti.
