Ruby’s Resort Swedish Castle Log Home

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This is a unique, hand-crafted, Swedish style log cabin by the water front. The Castle comes equipped with all new appliances and amenities and materials of a complete home (too many to list). During the summer season there is also a 1-hour complimentary personal watercraft time/person/day (play at your own risk).
The space
It has 1 1/2 level. The main floor has radiant heat with assisted baseboard heat. It has a living area, a dinning area, a kitchen, a under-the-staircase single bed and a Hide-a-bed (Full size). The upper level has a queen-size bed. The bathroom is on the upstairs. All brand new appliances and furniture.
Guest access
This Log house is situation by the water front of Ruby’s Resort & RV. It is accessed conveniently by the Wa State Hwy 904.
Other things to note
This is a uniquely crafted log house w a high ceiling. It is about 1000 sf. It has a back porch that is about 30’ to the beach.

Why they chose this property

The Medical Lake/Silver Lake/Four Lakes area is a unique area in the Spokane County. Situated only about 15' away from the downtown Spokane exit, it maintains a rural setting thanks to its Rural Conservation Zoning code. This is the closest water front/lake front area to Spokane. A large portion of the area sits on the wetland. It is quiet, rural, and lots of different animals throughout the neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

This is probably one of the best log homes you will ever find. Very well built and maintained w radiant heating. It is about 30' from the beach/water. Almost every angle has either the water view (even from the bathroom has a 3 mile lake view) or park view.
