This has been my FAVORITE VRBO rental! I rented it for a birthday vacation with my adult daughter and her friends, and it was absolute perfection. We visit Raleigh often, and if we are ever staying overnight, this will be the first place I look to rent!!!

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend in Raleigh. Well stocked and plenty of room. It was just outside of downtown and was easy to access activities in and around the area. Our host was responsive to our requests. We were in walking distance to Dorothea Dic Park and loved spending the afternoon exploring.

We were celebrating a friend’s birthday so we mostly stayed in and just enjoyed our girl’s weekend. There is a ton of different places for families and adults to enjoy in the Raleigh area. The Farmers Market is just a short 5 minute drive as well as Dix Park. Downtown Raleigh has something to offer for everyone.

We have rented a lot of homes to stay in and this one was the only one that had labels about antique furniture and making certain we use coasters. Made it feel very unwelcoming. Was not stocked very well. Rug in the living room was dirty. We paid to stay Saturday till Monday and ended up leaving Sunday morning (only stayed one night). The amount of traffic noise was also an issue. I would also not consider this place family friendly either.

We have one unique table in our kitchen where we note as a reminder to be careful when utilizing it- nothing overwhelming or unwelcoming about it. I was not made aware of the issues that were encountered to help make it right. Unfortunately, if it is not communicated that a guest is unhappy, it takes away the opportunity to redeem ourselves. We strive to make every guest feel happy about staying in our home. When complaints are mentioned they are always, always acknowledge and accommodated.

The property Is nestled in a charming neighborhood that was within walking distance of several bars, restaurants and Red Hat Amphitheater. The site conditioning did malfunction one day and the 2nd and 3rd floors were almost unbearable. The host was very responsive and the issue did get resolved. We did have to make-do with very hot conditions for one night, indoor temps in the mid 80s, as it would have been too much of a hassle to find an alternate space. The back patio is charming, but we could not find extension cords to reach lugging in the fans, which would have made the space much more enjoyable in such hot, humid conditions. The decor was top notch and amenities were plentiful in the kitchen. Overall, a nice place and great location.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

So happy we found this oasis on edge of town with great access to so many things and so relaxing during a lot of activities in the day. Management super responsive and helpful. All great amenities to may stay feel like home.

We enjoyed our stay in Raleigh for the past 3 days; the property was very clean, roomy and quiet! The location was great to many restaurants, museums and downtown activities. Immaculate place with great decor & location

Everything was as advertised. The only issue was water pressure in the showers upstairs. It was barely more than a trickle.
