- Guest House: There is a separate guest house on the far right side of the estate that is occupied by a long-term tenant. The tenant does not have access to the outside amenities and will not disturb guests.

Nice home rental option for larger groups or families.

Great set up to house our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) while in town for a family wedding. Good space for all to spread out when needed, guest house a great retreat for us older folks. We were within 30 min drive of everything we needed including airport. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Stay

Property was well maintained, my family and friends loved the pool. Nice neighborhood very quiet. Accommodated our group of 14 comfortably. Couple items need updated. Overall a very nice getaway close to a couple very nice beach locations.

The beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean. The property was large and welcoming, and the person who lives in the guest house was pleasant and didn't interfere with our stay. We were surprised the "Event Fee" was excessive, as we expected around 25 people (including children) for the birthday party (Sat, 6 pm to 10 pm) we had rented the place for. They mention an "Event Fee" in the listing, but don't disclose the amount until after you've booked. Be Aware.There were a few issues.The kitchen cabinet filled with glasses was falling away from the wall. We were concerned about safety. One of the barstools in the kitchen was missing two screws, and one of us almost fell off it.The A/C broke on the first morning, and they accused us of keeping the door open, which they claimed caused the A/C to break. The AC problem was a clogged pipe.Pool table - the sticks didn't have tips, and there was no chalk for play. We mentioned this after our stay and were told we should have called, but we didn't find out until our event started.The Master Bath toilet ran constantly. We had to turn off the water so we could sleep. The towel rack in the Master Bath was falling off the wall.The stove seemed to have trouble reaching the correct temperature. The backyard umbrella outside was broken.These items were discussed with the owner/mgt before making this review. They did refund 10% of the event fee.

Amazing Experience!

This property has been one of our best experiences. The house was exactly how is shown in the images. In fact the house had so much more than we imagined. The house was incredibly clean and the area is very peaceful. When we had a question, the property owners and rental team were prompt to respond and provide immediate assistance. My family and friends will definitely be back. We loved everything about this house!!! We felt at home. A huge plus is the guesthouse, a great feature if you travel with parents who need a private space.
