Beautiful new home, private heated pool, close to beach

Everything in the house is brand new. Our home boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The backyard has a beautiful patio overlooking the private in-ground heated pool. It's a short 10 minute walk to downtown and 15 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The main floor consist of a beautiful Kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops and open to dinning area and living room. Main floor also has a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bath across the hall. The main floor is wonderful, large windows overlooking the patio and the wonderful private heated pool. Upstairs we have a beautiful master suite with king size bed and private bath and large walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms make up the upper floor with one king bed and two queens beds. Also you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and a laundry room. The basement has a large bedroom with king bed and huge closet. The basement is a great space for the kids to hang out, offering a TV area with large smart TV and ping pong table. The outdoor patio is great with plenty of seating, fire pit and gas grill. The heated pool is great to relax and hang out with the family after a long day at the beach.

House was very nice and check in was easy. Communication with the host was quick and easy as well during our stay. The heated pool was nice as well for our family. Just a short walk to downtown made the location convenient.

Very nice and big place - the pool was great for the 4th of July weekend! We brought our 2, 4 and 5 year old and the fence around the pool made it much more safe! We were close enough we could still see the fireworks despite the rain storm. The only thing to note is that the beds were really stiff but overall a great trip, great property and very clean!

We had a fantastic stay with our extended family! The house was everything as advertised. We had a smooth and easy check in and check out. We had excellent communication with the owner from the beginning and throughout our stay. The house was perfect with kids of all ages and close enough to the beach. We highly recommend it as the place to stay!

The house was comfortable for all of us. There was enough space that no one felt cramped when we were together or when we retreated to our rooms. The pool was so convenient and well maintained, everyone enjoyed it! If we were in the area, we would stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property! The house was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to congregate together or spread out and do their own thing. The heated pool and outdoor space was perfect and there was plenty to do within walking distance as well. The host was great to deal with and we are already looking for a time when we can all stay again.

Family getaway

The house was terrific! We had 10 adults - and spacious enough for everyone to spread out - whether inside or enjoying the backyard space. The walk to downtown was very easy and we also found Uber to be active too. Would highly tecommend this place to stay!

Family vacation

We stayed Bob’s place for our annual family vacation and had a blast. We had multiple generations and there was something for everyone. Pool was a godsend with the heat and the home was comfortable, clean, and spacious. 10 minute walk to downtown, and close to golf courses, breweries, and Arvesta Farms (a must for families). The location and amenities were amazing, I’d definitely recommend this home for a family or large group!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was spacious, lovely and very clean which was very much appreciated with a crawling baby. The pool was warm and clean, and everyone spent many happy hours in there. We encountered a few issues, but did not report them to the owner at the time. Since then we have communicated with the owner and he said he would address them. Specifically, the house temperature was unbalanced. It was either very hot or very cold. In order to keep the upstairs cool enough the basement bedroom was freezing. We were grateful for the ceiling fans upstairs, but some of the bedrooms were still quite warm.Also, the bedrooms did not have adequate drapery to darken the rooms at night, especially those in the front of the house that had the street light pouring in.Lastly, we slept in the main floor bedroom and there was a very noisy motor on the outside wall of the house. It was very loud in that room, and a clanking that woke me up many nights between 3 -4 AM. In spite of that it was a good stay. But I’m not sure we would repeat our stay unless those issues were corrected.

Hi Lynn, Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I do wish you had reached out during your visit to let me know about these issues so I could have addressed them right away. I have already contacted my HVAC technician to inspect and resolve any problems with the heating and cooling system. The noise you heard was likely our sump pump in the basement, which occasionally runs to remove water from around the foundation. I've already scheduled my plumber to replace it with a quieter model. Each bedroom has wood blinds and drapes, and I will also be looking into ways to reduce the light coming into the front bedrooms. I take guest feedback very seriously and am already working to address each of these concerns. Thank you again for your review and for helping us improve. Wonderful Family Friendly Rental

Beautifully home. Our family loved the pool, ping pong table, fire pit, and quiet neighborhood. Great rental for a family friendly vacation. About 1 mile walk to South Beach or short 5 min drive. Our family would definantly stay here again!
