Cozy Beach Bungalow - Enjoy Lake Views from Front Porch & Fire Pit!

With a huge amount of space, five beautiful bedrooms, and two private outdoor areas, this cozy beach retreat is the perfect vacation home for groups of friends or multiple families.

Living Spaces
The living room has been designed for comfort and your group will love spending time here. The large windows let in lots of air and light and provide beautiful views. Bookworms will adore the armchair and accompanying footstool positioned in the window — the morning light is perfect for getting lost in the pages of your most loved stories. There's also a bookshelf full of books to borrow if you tear through your own too quickly. Film fans will want to draw the blinds and grab the popcorn because the large TV and sectional couch are ideal for movie marathons. The TV is equipped with several streaming services so you'll have plenty of entertainment to choose from, and you can also settle younger guests with their favorite cartoons if they grow restless. Head to the back of the bungalow and down a couple of steps to find a separate den. This is a great space for kids to play or for adults to enjoy a quiet moment alone. The three comfy couches are perfect for a short pre-dinner nap, too! The den also has sliding doors that lead out to the private back deck. The property features a third lounge space with a couch, armchair, and TV. This space is perfectly sized for smaller groups to gather to watch the game or relax and chat, and there's a sink and fridge to prepare snacks. The overhead fan will keep you cool, and the double sliding doors can also be opened to let in a cooling breeze.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
The bright and spacious kitchen is superb for creating tasty lunches and lavish dinners. The open-plan design allows tempting aromas to fill the space and will have you rushing to the dining table at mealtimes. The double oven and large cooktop are great for cooking up feasts to feed the entire group, and the big refrigerator and plentiful cupboards are useful for all your supplies. Chef's knives make easy work of meal prep and you'll find all the utensils you could ever need. There's plenty of dinnerware and cutlery for 12 guests, making this property a fantastic choice for group dinners on special occasions and holidays. If any early risers need a little help getting going in the morning, they'll love the single-pot coffee maker and the Keurig. We also provide biodegradable K-Cups and a bag of ground coffee to help get your mornings started right. The breakfast bar in the kitchen provides an alternative dining area that's perfect for casual meals and snacks or for watching your group's chef in action. Just take care that they don't rope you into helping with the washing up! The large dining table comfortably seats six people and is perfectly positioned between the kitchen and living room to make mealtimes feel wonderfully communal, even if not everyone is eating at the same time. There's also plenty of space in this part of the house to bring the outdoor dining table in so your entire group can dine together.

Bed & Bath
The primary suite is a luxurious, idyllic space for those much-needed restful moments. Sink into the Casper king bed and curl up in luxury linens for the most restful sleep imaginable. USB and AC charging bedside lamps keep your devices charged and on hand during the night, and the soft lamplight is ideal for late-night reading or journaling. There's also a desk that might come in handy if you need to get some work done while you're away. The en-suite bathroom features a huge shower with more than enough space for two, and the vanity comes complete with a large mirror and lots of lighting that make getting ready a breeze. The second guest bedroom has a Casper queen bed, USB and AC charging bedside lamps, and plenty of storage. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with memory foam mattresses, and a luggage rack. These rooms share the main family bathroom with a toilet, tub, and shower. A fourth bedroom benefits from the same USB charging points and has a full-length window that lets sunlight stream in to create a warm and welcoming space. The attached bathroom has a toilet, a well-lit vanity with a mirror, and a shower. Bedroom number five contains a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. This room's en suite bathroom has twin vanities, a toilet, a shower/tub combo, and a large window that lets in plenty of light.

Outdoor Spaces
The covered front patio provides a spacious, shaded area to enjoy a peaceful afternoon. Grab your favorite book and drift into a state of ultimate relaxation in one of the plush rocking chairs, or gather your group for al fresco meals at the dining table that seats six. The overhead fan keeps things cool on those warm South Haven afternoons, or maybe you'll prefer to head out at golden hour to watch the spectacular sunsets over Lake Michigan (this view is best served with a cool beverage). For the sun lovers in your group, head out back and make the most of the sun-drenched private back deck. Six seats including four Adirondack chairs invite you to take a load off and while away tranquil days with friends and family in the comfort of your own vacation home. The BBQ king or queen in your group can fire up the grill for epic feasts while spectators lounge nearby. The back deck is also a great place to hang out during the evening while any young children sleep inside.
