The location of this new vacation home cannot be beat! Enjoy being only 6 houses from Lake Michigan, and one block from Kid's Corner Park. Spend afternoons on the front stone patio that offers seating with a built-in natural gas fire pit, and even some peak lake views! Inside, you'll appreciate the open floor plan, complete with two King bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The updated Kitchen is sure to be a hit with the cook in your group, including newer appliances, separate ice maker, beverage cooler and dual coffee makers. All with a view of the backyard through the patio doors that open to a private patio. Back inside, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom in the lower level, with an additional bedroom and half bathroom upstairs.

Nice place for a long weekend with family

Very clean, very good location, lots of comfortable beds that could handle a crowd of 10 for a long weekend. Probably our favorite place to rent in over 10 years of coming to South Haven.

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is surprisingly big and was very clean and comfortable. Also, the front porch has a lake view, great for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail!

The location of this property is excellent. The front patio was wonderful. the property was well supplied. While the bathrooms and kitchen were nice the living room and bedroom rugs needed a good cleaning.

Great time in SoHa!

Annual ice breakers family gathering

This is our families 4th year of meeting in south haven for the ice breakers festival. We’ve stayed in VRBO homes each year and this one is by far our favorite!!! Bright, open layout, spacious living space and location is excellent. Thank you , we hope to be back!!!

Great, family ready house near the beach.

Lots of space for everyone to stay and have their own space. Clean, yes, though there will be some tufts of dog hair here and their (it is pet friendly, so that should be expected). Almost no sand anywhere (which was a big surprise, it is a beach house). It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect Getaway

Our group of five girlfriends loved this charming house! The location is two blocks from the lake with an unobstructed view of the lake from the driveway. The front porch setup was perfect for slow mornings of coffee and chatting. Everyone in our group said the beds were so comfortable, there was a bed type for everyone: firm, less firm and plush. As a group of mothers, we all slept very well on vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, curtains block out light perfectly, every room had a fan and the living room was comfy enough for all of us.

The location was perfect! We loved sitting on the front patio and watching the lake while enjoying our morning coffee. The gas fire pit was our favorite evening spot. Our three-generation family of 11 was comfortable in the space. We’d rent there again!
