In our New Remodeled Infinity Pool House you will enjoy a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with a sofa bed, a Tv and a breathtaking pool view. The Master Bedroom and one of the guest's rooms have a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a King size bed. To ensure a great night's sleep, all our mattresses are memory foam. In addition, all rooms have a Tv and a closet. The house also has a power generator and a washer and dryer included.

The bedroom that has the bathroom needed a place to put your clothes. I had to use the little pop up table in the kitchen to put my clothes ontop. The pool was cold no heater. Besides that the place was comfortable. The place met our needs.

A beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay Paradise house. Loved the pool area. The neighborhood was quiet, we were able to enjoy the iguanas in the trees. They were fascinating to watch in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were well appointed. The 3 of us all agreed that we would be back!

Clean. Thats important to me. Its clean. The house was great. What I will note and it’s not the hose that’s an issue. Rincon houses off sea level can be rough getting to. This was up a narrow hilly road but not far at all and since there is no real address getting food delivery is difficult (we tried in day 1 because we arrived later on a Tuesday) so just be prepared to go out. On a positive note within 5 - 10 min you can be at 1 of 50 great places to eat/shop. And the blinds are not blackout. Other than that I’d stay again without a doubt.

The house was beautiful, super clean. The only thing negative is the black and white cat that comes every night by the pool. My daughter is allergic to cats. No problem we just ran him off. I think his the neighbors cat. Otherwise everything was to perfection. Thank u thay

Private Oasis

This spot was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. Nestled on top of a hill on a quiet street. Had everything you needed for a vacation. Beach towels, beach chairs, 2 coolers, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Beds were super comfy too which was a plus. The backyard and pool was the hangout spot after a long day at the beach. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the floors were still a little dirty from last tenant (hair on bathroom floors, sand). No big deal for us. The host wasn’t very responsive and we had to message for the check in info past the time were set to arrive. On the last day a fuse blew and we weren’t able to wash our clothes in the washer and dryer and were left with wringing out our half washed clothes and drying them on the deck. We called the host and never got a response (this was on New Year’s Eve), I understand it was a holiday but managing a property comes with these pesky tasks. Overall this spot is amazing and we would definitely book again in the future.

Great home with walking distance to the beach!

We had a great stay here in Rincon. We stayed here for 2 full weeks with our 12 month old and another couple. The home was very comfortable with 4 adults and a baby with 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We arrived at 4am and check in was easy. The location is a short walk to an amazing beach (if you're not afraid of a small steep hill) and a quick drive to food, groceries, and the heart of Rincon. We loved being so close to the beach with a little one it made for great sunset or early morning walks. The house was free of clutter and the cabinets were perfect for a toddler (because they don't have obvious handles to pull) which was so nice for the little one to roam around! They provide noodles, beach chairs, and masks for the pool/ beach and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. There is a grill outside by the pool which was nice for us to use on nights we didn't want to eat out. Communication was not the best but the hosts were always friendly. We had an issue arise that took a few days to fix but they sent us an edible arrangement for the inconvenience as well as compensating us for the issue. We would recommend this spot and we would stay here again! Great view for photos by the pool and iguana spotting!

Acogedora

La casa es muy acogedora, las camas muy cómodas. Todo bien limpio. Cerca de la playa, buena alternativa para una escapada.
