Beauty in a row is a cozy 3 story row home located near City Line Ave, in West Philadelphia. 25 minutes from Lincoln Financial Stadium and other main attractions in Philadelphia. You will have no choice but to relax in this modern space. Great for weekend stays and small groups for brunch or small dinners. Hate to put this here but its needed. Please mame sure you respect the property. There were guests that came in and kept parties at this location, which led to damages and my property now listed as a problem property. All i ask is for all guests to respect the policies and my property, please.

Best stay in Philly

This was such a beautiful spot! It was in a very safe neighborhood, and close to shopping and dining. Erica was a pleasure to work with. This property was perfect place for my son to spend time with his daughter. It was very cozy and gorgeously appointed. We loved watching movies in the finished basement and can only imagine how nice the spring and summer would be on her balcony. This had the BEST parking options we've ever had. We were able to park right outside the basement in a DESIGNATED spot. This is hard to find in Philly. We will def be booking this place again on our next stay.

Family visit

My mother and I stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was easy and the host Erica was very responsive. The property was well located for us as it was close to family in the area. It was also an easy drive to all the places we needed to visit. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Very spacious, efficient, well stocked with a wonderful balcony. Kitchen was well equipped for all meals! Large laundry facilities. Five minute drive for our daily trips to Lankenau Hospital for treatments.

For a weeks visit

A quiet, very clean, well equipped kitchen including spices and condiments. Spacious interior with wonderfully comfortable balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Very convenient for daily visits to Lankenau hospital just one mile away. We will certainly return.

Another world!

When you step inside it’s like your transported into another world forgetting what’s going on around you from the beauty of this home! It was more than what we thought! Easy in/out.

Nicely decorated property, helpful host

We did not end up staying: the previous guest unfortunately violated the no-smoking policy and we were sensitive to the remaining smell. That said, Erica, the host, was understanding and accommodating. She was a pleasure to work with. In the hour we were there, the place seemed nice.
