The Shady Rest is another cabin located on the waters edge. It is a 1 bedroom with a double bed and also has a roll away and a hide-a-bed. The large kitchen offers many modern conveniences such as a microwave, stove, coffeemaker and full size refrigerator. The full bath has a shower. This cabin also has a huge screen porch with a magnificent view of the lake! It also has a dock located just in front of the cabin. A picnic table and BBQ grill are available for your convenience. The breeze off the lake is refreshing! Relax on the sandy beach by the fire pit as the breeze comes off the lake. Relax and enjoy.

We were one of those families when we started going on vacation in MN in 2000 at a small resort. We would always book our same week year after year, until we loved it so much ten years later we moved to Minnesota. That is where we call home, and living our dream as a resort owner. Just sitting by the shore and watching the water is relaxing enough to want to come. We offer boat rentals and have other activities to enjoy. See what its like to set by the shore and watch the sun go down. Listen to the Loon's on the lake and watch for the Northern Lights to light up the sky. Rustic log cabins that are on of a kind, fully furnished.
