Newly Remodeled Bungalow near Starved Rock

This newly remodeled bungalow is sure to delight! The space features quality furnishings, brand new comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The space is conveniently located a short, 2- minute drive to Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park and is a 2 minute drive to downtown where guests can find plenty of dining and shopping options.
Not suitable for parties and loud gatherings.
This property has 3 bedrooms- a king, queen and 2 twin beds. All beds feature comfortable, brand new mattresses as well as quality linens and blankets. We have a combination of both firm and soft pillows to ensure all guests will get a great sleep! All bedrooms have their own tv's.
There is a spacious living room with a roomy couch, love seat and chair. This room also has a brand new 75" smart tv for your viewing pleasure.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware you would need to prepare a nice meal and features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
A designated workspace is available with wifi on hand.
A washer and dryer are available on the property for guests to use.
There is a newly remodeled bathroom with shower/bath combination.
In warmer wither, guests can enjoy sitting on the front patio or hanging out on the back deck.

The house was great for our family and located close to everything we wanted to do in Ottawa and Peru. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great getaway near Starved Rock

We had a wonderful stay in Ottawa. We enjoyed a couple of days of hiking at Starved Rock and some great local restaurants. The property was the perfect place to rest and relax after our busy days out. It’s very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Cindy was very accommodating to our family’s needs. Wonderful visit

We had a great time in a beautifully remodeled and immaculately clean home. Out host was accomodating and easy to reach when we had questions. We've already recommended the property to family members, and hope to return ourselves.

Great house

Great house for our Ladies Retreat 2023. House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Nicely decorated. Has all the amenities of being home. Only complaint was we used the dishwasher and things on the bottom rack did not get clean at all.

Fabulous house near Starved Rock State Park

The description of the house was on point. The neighborhood was great and within 1 mile to the center of Ottawa. The house was spotless. Everything was available in the kitchen for meals. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The X-Large tV's in each room were a bonus. The house were beautifully decorated and gave a "welcome home feeling". We were able to sit outside at night on the patio to enjoy the last of summer. This location was a short distance to Starved Rock State Park. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Come out with the family on Thanksgiving day. Easy check in, very clean place. All the sheets and pillow cases were freshly washed. Beds were also firm and comfortable. Area is quiet. It’s close to the train tracks but never bothered us. Area is close to downtown Ottawa, lots of groceries. There’s also a Walmart or Farm and Fleet close by. A short 10 minute drive. We planned to hike and drive around but ended up staying in. It got too cold. It was a restful staycation.
