About this property

Studio with king bed, close to public transportation, twizy capable.

This studio unit is located in the main house. It has it's own bathroom and a kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates and cutlery. There is a mini fridge, microwave and a stove with an oven and 4 burners. This unit has a seating areas, much like a hotel suite.
There is a covered balcony in the front of the house that can also be used on a common area basis.
The house is centrally located in the Parish of Warwick. We are a five minute walk to the ferry and bus and about a ten minute walk to the supermarket.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is a great place at a decent price if you want quiet and easy access to bus, groceries and railway trail.
