Covered By Faith Rentals offers the Faith home. "Faith home" is only 1 mile from Mayo/Gonda building and St. Marys. 3 beds and bathroom are on the main floor. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds. Over 2,000 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 3 steps to get into the home. Oak hardwood floors on the main level. We are only 2 blocks from Apache mall, restaurants, and 7 blocks to a grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is full.

Covered By Faith Rentals is proud to offer the Faith house. Being only about 1 mile away from the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital is a blessing itself. Having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 and 14 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 3 steps to get in the house with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. All 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds and alarm clocks. We also have a fan, pack n play, high chair and bed side rail to use. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. There is another sink and toilet downstairs by the furnace.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house.

In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Put cigarette butts in the metal container.

Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you.

We have been serving in the business industry since 2003. We are covered by faith and trust in Him. God has led us to this home to help you with your needs. Covered By Faith is run by a family not a cooperation. We care about you and your stay in Rochester.

For non-emergency calls and text please use the hours between 7am-10pm. I am available 24 hours a day. We will assist or meet up if you would like otherwise we let you have your space and privacy.

You are very close to the historical SW Rochester where the Plumber House is located. The Dr. Plumber house is a historical site. His invention of the pneumatic tube, the communication system, and record keeping system are among the most outstanding inventions. You are also close to Soldiers Memorial Field, and the Soldiers Memorial Golf Course.

With only about a mile away you could walk, take an Uber or Lyft ride, or catch a bus only 2 blocks away.

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the owners was easy and always a quick response. Easy check in and out, rules and expectations clearly stated. I will definitely rent from them again if needed.

Perfect home after long days at the Mayo Clinic!

The home was very comfortable, clean and in a very convenient location. Close to Mayo, groceries, and restaurants. Recliners in the living room were just what the doctor ordered to put our feet up after long days of appointments and tests. Jessica was very quick to respond and ensured we had everything we needed. Will definitely select any of the Covered By Faith homes next time!

I had family travel with me for some dr appointments at Mayo. We found this listing on VRBO thru the Mayo my charts link and booked it. Great place, close and convienient to shopping, restaurants, and hospital. 10 out of 10. Communication with host was easy and flawless. I will rebook agaij for future appointments.

perfect for young children

I rented this for a family in need receiving medical treatment. Was told the children were ecstatic to find the basement playroom. It was difficult to find pet-friendly rentals, but Jessica had several. The back yard was fenced. Jessica was helpful in getting the family moved to another of her properties after 3 weeks, because the house had been reserved the next week by other guests. I was grateful the children had 3 happy weeks playing here before one needed a second brain tumor surgery.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the house while we were in Rochester for NYWA state wrestling tournament. It is quite easy to get to. The house is kept very neat and clean and has lots of amenities and stuff for the kids to do. The boys were enjoyed the toys and food all table. They were even nice enough to come over the following day after it snowed to remove the snow from the driveway, sidewalk and stairs. That was very nice. We will definitely look to see if this property is available the next time we are coming to Rochester for any event.

My husband, my mother-in-law, my three young daughters, and I had a very comfortable stay in this family-friendly home. The basement with toys is just perfect for children. My mother-in-law has arthritis, but there are minimal steps into the home. She was able to sleep in one of the couch recliners, and everything she needed was all on one level. The house is well-stocked with conveniences, like the small extension cord we found in the linen closet that helped my mother-in-law charge her phone from where she was resting. I highly recommend this property!

Was good for Mayo location, needs some refurbishing and upgrades.

Needed to be close to Mayo but also wanted to be close to Soldiers Field for walking/playground for toddler. Close to everything and all one level (unless you need laundry or use 2nd half bath). What was disappointing was the furniture was real old/worn and they all were broken, leg support pieces falling off or missing on every recliner. And the beds were very uncomfortable. I slept in 2 of them and they really need upgrading/replacing. The sheets were also just rough. No one got good sleep while there. The kitchen was well stocked, loved they had Corel dishes and the basement playroom area for kids. The price point is lower than many other places. But I will look for a different house for next visit.

We couldn't have had a better location. Easy to find and was a great location for my appointments at Mayo. It was so nice to have the well equipped kitchen and a nice place to relax after a long day. The neighborhood was nice.

This house is amazingly outfitted for the enjoyment of the little ones. Everything you need, and want from games, toys, high chair, pack and play. The kitchen is also very well equipped with all the gadgets, spices, condiments, etc. There was even plenty of toilet paper for a week and a good stock of cleaning supplies. We really didn't need to buy much of anything. Close to MAYO, which was perfect for us. Jessica communicates great and attends to special requests with grace. We will be back for future MAYO visits and I will certainly check to see if this home is available for our stays.

Darin and I (Jessica) came to Rochester in 2000 after graduating from college at Bethany Lutheran College and at Minnesota State University of Mankato. We both come from small towns in Minnesota. We lived in California for two years from 2001-2003. We purchase our first home in 2003 in Rochester. We joined a church the same year. I also started my own online book business that same year as Darin continued working in the technology industry. We had our first child, Isabella, in 2005 and the blessings of children began and so did my second job of being a stay at home mom. We had Bryce in 2006. My health wasn't in the best shape to continue having children. When I was able to, we decided to try for Olivia and in 2010 she arrived. In 2011 Elana completed our family. She began Kindergarten in 2017, so it was my time for my next adventure of care taking by starting Covered By Faith short term living.

Why they chose this property

Our adventure began as follows. I said a prayer to God asking him "if I was suppose to start this business to help people, I will need a house" and in 2 hours we had the phone call stating we got our house. It was a week prior we looked at the house and never even put a bid on the house due to the price. God provided this business to me to help you.

What makes this property unique

Only being one mile to St. Mary's or the Clinic is a blessing in itself. Also having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by help. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 make this house easy to find and get to.

Quarry Hill Nature Center is 5 miles away. Soldiers Field Park is only .8 miles away. Skyline Raceway (Go-Karts, Mini-Golf, Panning) is 5.5 miles away. Colonial Lanes Bowling is 2.8 miles. Bowlocity Entertainment is 4.5 miles away (Bowling, Arcade, Laser Tag). Rental at 800 West Silverlake Dr. NE, Rochester is only 3.3 miles away which has self-propelled boats on the river, canoeing or kayaking down the Zumbro River, or biking through the city. Here is the map for bike trails Restaurants are only .2 miles, miles away, HyVee groceries is .8 miles away, There are also little libraries around the neighborhood. Apache Mall Shopping Center is .2 miles, there are also shops in the subways under Mayo which is 2.6 miles away, and Miracle Mile mall is 2 miles.

There are bus routes throughout the city and we do have lime scooters to use throughout the city not during the winter months.
