Great quite place

Had a great time everything was just a short ride away to the Grace Bay area. The pool was beautiful and quiet when we didn’t want the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Great resort in a great location!

Easy check-in, clean apartment. Does not include room cleaning services, but has washer and dryer so you can wash your (beach) towels. Unfortunately the swim-up bar was closed. Also no on premise restaurant. We did not miss it, but many other resort do have restaurants/bars.

Very nice relaxing vacation.

We loved our vacation. Condo was very nice and clean. It was on the first floor with a gorgeous view and convenient walk out to the pool and hot tub from our patio. The only thing we did not like was all the stairs we had to navigate in front of the lobby and behind the lobby carrying our luggage. Of course, we were 2 65 year-old females who did not need to be lifting our roller bags. I recommend the Atrium either add staff to carry luggage or they willingly open the side gates to allow visitors to avoid the stairs when they have have heavy luggage.

Checked off all the boxes

This was our fourth visit to TCI and fourth stay at The Atrium. The condo we were in was pristinely clean with updated furniture and 9 foot tall ceilings. Located within a short walk to the beach and a private pool that’s never crowded, The Atrium is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation away from the crowded resorts. Easy check-in, check out process with on site security and affordable nightly rates, it’s a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back again.

The atrium was a conveniently location just a few minute drive to the grace bay shops and restaurant

The condo was clean and decorated nice. The pool area is beautiful and family friendly. The property has a small convenient store and spa. Also just minutes from grace bay shopping area. My only suggestion is to provide a few extra blankets.

Beautiful apartment

This property is exactly as described. Very beautiful, clean, and spacious.. check in and out was pretty easy. You definitely need a rental if you’re staying here as it’s a little further out from the busier area.. we had to drive out every time we wanted to dine out which can get a little annoying when you have kids.. we were able to find a market and buy a few snacks and drinks.. the pool is great and grace bay beach is a short drive away. We were unable to check out leeward beach…. Honestly we just couldn’t find it lol there was no clear signs leading the way so we didn’t want to chance it and end up in an area we weren’t supposed to be in.. all in all I would definitely book this place again! We had a great time :)

Friends getaway

This condo was very comfortable for two couples. It was clean, roomy, with a lovely balcony to sip coffee or a drink at the end of the day. It is walking distance to Sunset Beach and a quick drive into town. The pool is very nice, although the swim-up bar was closed when we were there. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Atrium excellence

One of the best choices for a Leeward Settlement experience. Great property with easy access to beautiful exquisite beaches ( a short walk), full service Marina nearby with access to one of the most beautiful ecosystems in the world, close to Grace Bay shopping and eateries, a 5 minute ride to great Golf, a 10 minute ride to Long Bay( the most fantastic shallow water, sugar sand lagoon with a premiere water sports experience). From the lodging to island nature it just can’t be beaten. Also, Robert the manager runs a tight ship and is always available to help with any issues.

Met our expectations

It was our 10th time in Provo, so we are familiar with the area. Apartment was what we expected, but the bedroom furniture was a bit “tired.” Other than that, we had everything we needed for another great stay in Turks.

Comfortable 2 BR condo in Leeward

My family of 4 (incl 2 young adults) where very comfortable in this 2 BR 2 bathroom condo. Located on 2nd floor (with elevator). Has balcony which we used to view the sunset daily and relax out of the sun. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room- perfect for preparing our breakfast and lunches. Parking spot included. Very useful to have a car to tour the island and go out for dinners. We tried different beaches; our favourite was Leeward- they set up parasols and chairs for guests of the Atrium- nice touch. The resort itself was quiet, nice pool. We used the workout room daily- nice variety of equipment. A few things I would change: 1. having reliable WiFi (hence the 4 star). The units are connected, open WiFi networks- overall slow. Would suggest each unit to have their own network (with code) to improve the quality. 2. Better communication with manager in advance of check-in. I had to send a few messages (2 days prior, 1 day prior) as I had not received check-in instructions. Aside from these issues (which could easily be remedied) I would recommend the Atrium Resort condo. Thank you.

Depends on your Expectations, but I loved it!

For me, this fit the bill!!! Budget-wise, you cannot beat the Atrium. Just know what you want/expect from your accommodation. If you want convenient bars & restaurants, sorry, but you must drive 10 minutes into town for all that or walk 2.5 miles. This is not a hotel/club med-type resort - there is also no maid service. As long as you know how to run a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and can pick up you own stuff, you will be fine. It is nice to know that no one is coming in when you are away. We bought groceries at the IGA, and made all our own breakfasts and lunches so we only spent money going out to dinner (food is expensive!). Next year, this resort will have a great bakery, restaurant and clothing store. Here's another thing, Grace Bay beach is where all the big hotels are and thus, all the people. If people-watching is your thing, hike it down there (2.5 miles). The Atrium is nearer to Pelican Beach which is Grace Bay beach without people. In my book, this is a good thing! Plus, if you go exploring you will find other nice beaches. The pool at the atrium is nice, but the hot tub is not hot. I spent most of my time in the ocean so I didn't really need the pool all that much, but it is nice to walk out to it anytime. The condo itself is exactly as pictured. The shower has great water pressure. The kitchen is very nice. Wi-fi works great. Bring sleep mask if you can't sleep with light in your room because there are not blackout shades or heavy curtains. My visit (the week before Thanksgiving) was well-timed in that there were hardly any people. I met three visitors, but other than that maybe saw 3 other families the entire week at various times. This place may have a very different feel when it is crowded. For me, it was the peaceful, serene and relaxing place I had hoped it would be. The gym finally had air-conditioning restored on last day. One treadmill didn't work, but other than that, what the heck are you in the gym for????? Go walking, swimming, bikings and get a tan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a hair dryer, beach towels and ice cube trays for people who wonder. You will need to pick up extra toilet paper (only starter ones provided). If the price doesn't go up too much when all the other amenities arrive next year, I would definitely go back. My top restaurant recommendation to all of you is the LEMON CAFE! And yes, you must rent a car if you stay here. Security and Manager are very friendly too!

Worth Every Penny

We family and I arrived, and was very pleased right from the entrance. It was very spacious and the decor is beautiful. The pool area is great. If I were to add or change anything, the second bedroom didn't have a tv, but overall it was great. We had a blast and would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding

Outstanding! Spacious with a feeling of modern luxury. Very clean and quiet. The space is intelligently designed, wide hallway, through and large windows, granite countertops, large fully equiped kitchen, leather furniture, large flat screen tv. Quiet yet only a five minute walk to the beach. The photos don't do this place justice. The staff and management extremely accomodating. I would go back any time and I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Can't wait to go back!!!

When I arrived at the Atrium I expected to spend all-day, everyday at the beach but I never expected that the resort itself would be so much fun. The pool is huge, warm and always clean. The barbeque/bar in the courtyard also made for a great nightspot to hang out with the neighbours over some music, burgers and swim-up martinis. When I finally got out to the beach, the sand was the whitest softest sand I'd ever sunk my feet into and the water was clear and shallow for a good stretch. Everything I could possibly need was within walking distance: fine dining, outdoor adventure clubhouses (for snorkelling and scuba diving), beaches and groceries. Why were groceries so important you might ask? Because at the Atrium, my luxurious, spacious and sunlit apartment came fully equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen where most nights my boy and I came up with a unique meal to concoct. Go ahead and bake/toast/grill to your heart's content because at the Atrium, maidservice will clean up after you and if afterwards you've had enough warm weather, stay in with some air conditioning and enjoy the wifi or the 40-inch flat panel tv. If you feel like going for a 3 minute drive, you can even rent yourself a few movies at the fully-stocked video rental store. Yes, we're a little geeky, but it doesn't matter who you are; at the Atrium there's something for everyone. Did I mention the Romanian bakery just up the street? mmm....
