This is a beautiful space with lots of natural light located on the top (2nd) floor. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The jacuzzi tub is a nice way to wind down after a day of exploring. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. 1 minute walk to the train that will take you anywhere that you would like to go! Easy ride to Wrigley Field and downtown. Located in the heart of Albany Park. We are one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country! The food choices within a 1-5 minute walk are too many to list. Easy no contact check in with a keyless entry system. We ask that it not be rented for parties.

Dawn is an excellent host! She responds to messages very quickly and is very generous is stocking the fridge and pantry with some breakfast basics, snacks, and drinks. The property was spacious and comfortable for four people, and I'm sure six would work fine there, too. I travel to Chicago a couple times a year and will definitely hope to stay at this property again.

This is such a lovely, spotlessly clean apartment. We felt instantly at home! Cozy and chic and so nicely appointed. We dined at one of the local restaurants recommended by our hostess and had a delicious meal. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with lots of thoughtful extras, such as abundant snacks and toiletries. The neighborhood has lots of good restaurants and has easy access to the CTA. Check-in was easy, and Dawn was great about communicating. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay here whenever we visit our son who lives nearby. Always clean, well-stocked, and very welcoming. Communication with the owner/host is always easy and she responds promptly. The proximity to the train and restaurants and grocery stores makes it a very convenient spot! Highly recommended!

Perfect location, comfortable accommodations

Loved the location and accommodations. Everything was incredibly clean and organized, stocked and provided for. We felt so comfortable at the end of long days visiting the sites. Extremely convenient to restaurants and the train. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again!

Winter Classic Visit

Fantastic property in a great location. Close to the L line so getting around the city was super easy. The host was great and the check in process was easy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Our group of two couples stayed two nights here for our trip to see Nebraska volleyball at Wrigley Field. It was a short walk to the brown line train, which enabled to get just about anywhere without having to drive. The property has a parking pad off the back alley, with the option for additional cars on the street in front. It should be noted that the unit is on the first level (not ground) up two sets of stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us, but there is no elevator so those with mobility issues would struggle. The unit was just blocks from several restaurants, a grocery store, and an excellent Yemeni coffee shop. Also highly recommend Perfect Brunch Bros for, well, brunch!! The unit was just as pictured and was clean and inviting, including a few snacks in the refrigerator and small amenities in each room. Our host left clear directions and was very responsive to my questions. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Easy breezy weekend

We have stayed here before and have had a smooth entry and stay both times. Our host has been very responsive and helpful and the apartment is spacious and furnished with all the amenities you could wish for. Will definitely stay here again!
