Neighborhood was lower end than expected or that photos evidenced. The two lane streets are one car at a time due to density of road parking vehicles. General location of neighborhood was convenient for parks, shops, restaurants etc. neighborhood park saved the days otherwise there is no usable outside space. Interior is warm and Nicely done for the age and quality of the property.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. It was very close, just 10 min, to World Springs and the Grandscape. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The neighborhood was a little more congested than expected but there was parking in the back and we felt safe. The neighborhood was also really quiet which was nice.

Was quick to respond and tried to fix anny issues. There was an ant issue. They need to hire a company to come into spay properly. Instead the property manager showed up with poison you buy from Home Depot. Didn’t make a dent in ant activity.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and features nice modern touches. The host was friendly and provided all necessary information for accessing the home and WiFi. However, the rating is three stars due to several issues. With four guests, there were only four towels available in the entire home, and no hand towels were provided. Areas requiring increased sanitation attention were overlooked, as there was hair from previous guests in the shower and the shower curtain was dirty. I had to search for cleaning supplies, which were randomly placed in various closets and cabinets. Additionally, water seeped onto the floor, forcing us to use one of the four towels, which we then had to wash and dry in a dryer without heat. Lastly, a good spray for the sugar ants would be helpful. The home would greatly benefit from more attention to detail.
