Ever want to stay Downtown Geneva overlooking the beautiful city? This second floor one bedroom apartment is a straight shot to Spire Institute and Geneva-on-the Lake. It is directly between both the Ashtabula County/Harpersfield Wineries and GOTL! Perfect central location for all the fun our area provides!
There is a brand new queen bed in the one bedroom and a full size futon in the living room. Freshly remodeled, combining old world charm to modern conveniences of today! We are a local family who loves hosting people from out of town.

Great location!

Great location! Short drive to Geneva on the Lake. Short walk to restruants and a brewery across the street.

Nice small apartment

Nice small apartment worked for what we needed. Ran into a small issue it was taken care of very quickly. I had questions about parking and got answers very quickly from property management. They were very helpful.

Nice town

The air conditioning wasn’t that good it was to hot the couch was too hard it was very uncomfortable to sit on the one window had no curtain and the shower head was broken fell and hit me on the head not to mention the shower was to small the only thing it had going for it It was clean 😱

Quick stay

Location is excellent- close to Spire Institute and Geneva on the Lake. Pizza place and Mexican restaurant on the same block and great breakfast diner right across the street. Apartment is as expected for an older small town location but was exceptionally clean! Window AC in bedroom was a great extra and the antique furniture was a nice touch. One of the best parts was the host, Tiffany. She was incredible with communication and responding quickly to questions. Good place for a GOTL weekend!

Cozy Downtown Geneva Apartment - Cooling Issue Affected Stay

Our stay at the small apartment in Downtown Geneva, OH, was charming, but the AC struggled to cool the space on a hot 90-degree evening, making the stay uncomfortable. The location was perfect, and the apartment had a cozy vibe with well-maintained interiors and tasteful decorations. However, the AC issue was a significant drawback. Despite our efforts to adjust the thermostat, the cooling problem persisted. The owner was responsive and apologetic, but the AC unit couldn't keep up, forcing us to relocate for the night. While the town's atmosphere was lovely, the discomfort due to inadequate cooling impacted our experience. I hope the owner addresses the cooling problem for future guests. Overall, it's a nice place, but consider the AC situation, especially during warm weather.

The Eagles Nest looks directly out onto the center of Geneva. It is so fun to watch the travel and people. It's just a unique experience and way to enjoy Geneva.
