When the internet issue was reported, we promptly scheduled a service appointment with the provider to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Around the same time, the front door lock battery died, and once we were notified that you were locked out, we responded immediately and were able to get you back into the home within minutes. Because the lock issue occurred shortly before the internet technician was scheduled to arrive, we asked that the backup key remain at the property so the technician and our handyman could access the home and complete both repairs. When they arrived, the key was unfortunately no longer there, which prevented them from entering the property at that time. When we asked you where it was at that point you informed us that you had decided to take it with you, even though you knew the handyman and internet tech needed it to complete the repairs. Then you informed us that you preferred not to have anyone enter the home for the remainder of your stay, so the repairs were completed after checkout. We understand how frustrating internet issues can be, especially when work is involved, and we did offer a goodwill refund for the inconvenience. Our team always works quickly to coordinate service providers and resolve issues as efficiently as possible for our guests.
