Stylish loft apartment located in Downtown West Palm Beach. Many shops, restaurants, and entertainment at walking distance. Very clean and open space, with everything you need to feel right at home. Balcony overlooks the city and allows plenty of light. This is a pet friendly building with full amenities such as a heated pool, gym, billiard and lounge area, and 24-hour concierge. (Building management requires all guests to fill out a tenant evaluation application -$150 fee)
