Fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed across three levels, Villa Tranquila offers 3,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space with a balance of privacy and shared gathering areas. Handcrafted local wood, natural stucco finishes, and tropical accents create a relaxed atmosphere that feels both refined and comfortable. Large windows throughout the home bring in natural light and connect the interiors with the surrounding greenery and gardens.

The villa is designed to feel like your own private retreat. Just beyond the front door, guests can enjoy a freshwater pool, lounge seating, sun chairs, pool toys, and a gas grill — everything needed for easy days spent at home. For families traveling with young children, safety gates can be installed for the pool access doors and stairs upon request.

Each of the villa’s three bedrooms is designed for comfort and a restful night’s sleep, with air conditioning, soft linens, quality pillows, and en-suite bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Bedroom #1 (second floor) includes a queen bed, large smart TV, armchair with ottoman, and private outdoor terrace.

Bedroom #2 (second floor) features two twin beds, a built-in dresser with vanity, plus children’s books and toys.

Bedroom #3 (third floor) offers a queen bed and a separate office/study area with a desk and double sofa bed suitable for children.

The main living space features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge. Guests can enjoy a 65” TV with international channels, Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+, along with a convenient half bathroom on the first floor.

The villa is equipped with high-speed 100Mb WiFi and three separate routers — one on each level — as well as Sonos speakers for both the indoor living space and pool area.

Complimentary concierge service is included with every stay. We’re happy to assist with airport transportation, golf cart rentals, excursions, restaurant recommendations, private chefs, and other local experiences.

Villa Tranquila is also our family home, not just a vacation rental. Before each stay, we clear personal belongings from closets, bathrooms, and kitchen spaces while keeping thoughtful touches that make traveling with family easier, including books, toys, board games, cooking basics, and children’s items. A crib and high chair are also available upon request.
