Nionas Cheerful House

Enjoy a cozy stay with your family and friends in this traditional house located within a peaceful settlement. Access by car through the private driveway or take the hiking trail. Visit the springs situated by the creek right outside the property and drink fresh water straight from the mountain rocks.

Apart from two beautiful bedrooms, you may find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as living and dining rooms built on different levels with unique Cycladic architecture. Please note that some doors have low clearance due to traditional stone masonry. Children need to be supervised indoors and outdoors at all times. Τhe house is not childproof as it includes stairs, a high balcony, access to the roof, and cabinets with no locks. A baby crib is included among other amenities and a large outdoor space for your pets.

You can use all spaces mentioned in the description as well as an open parking lot in the private driveway. Access in the storage rooms, basement, top floor, and closed garage is restricted.

Haus in altem Dorf

The house is located in an old village. Quietness is guaranteed, parking nearby no problem. In the evening you can sit nicely on the terrace. The house has two kitchens - one with gas and one with electric stove. The house is a bit outdated and could use some updating. Although it is relatively large, use with four people is limited. The second bedroom is located in the middle of the house and does not have its own air conditioning. As a result, it is very stuffy in this room at night. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable.
