The Space:

This 5 bedroom, 6 bed, 3 bathroom house is the perfect place for a large group to gather. Sleeps 10 and is the perfect place for a laid-back group of friends, couples, or a family looking to explore Geneva-on-the-Lake.



The enormous and luxurious screened-in private porch with gas fireplace is perfect for relaxing and drinking in the views while also sipping your morning coffee or a delicious glass (bottle?) of wine to watch the sunset.



Full Kitchen with Most Major Appliances + Stocked with All the Cookware, Glassware, Plates, + Utensils You May Need.

Coffee, Tea, Sugar, + Creamer Provided.

Grill + Utensils for Grilling.



All clean Linens Will Be Prepared For You Including Bedding, Kitchen, Bath Towels, + Extra Blankets.

Shampoo, Conditioner, + Body Wash Provided.

You have your own yard overlooking Lake Erie, but note, our neighbors are close, so please keep your guest to our yard only and noise to a minimum during quiet hours. (11pm - 8am). So feel free to explore! But please be conscious and respectful of other neighbors and their pets.



Guest Access:

Keyless entry. No stairs to get inside house. 4 bedrooms on ground floor, including a master suite and main master suite is upstairs. Entire Home, Personal fire-pit and HUGE screened in porch over looking Lake Erie.



Other Things to Note:

Parking available for 2 cars in front of garages, and 2 more spaces to the right of them. 4 cars total can fit on our property on both driveways.



There is NO garage access available.



No Beach Access



Early Check in & Late Check out: At this time we cannot accommodate late checkouts or early check ins due to the time it takes to prepare the house for the next guests. Thank you for understanding! We do offer bag drop option if you need it!



There are cameras outside at the home entrances for security purposes.
