Whether you’re looking for a place for several groups or planning a big reunion, these family-friendly town homes can accommodate up to 32 guests.

The twelve bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options, with one set of bunk beds, eight queens, and three kings between them. Plus, the homes are conveniently located minutes from The Village Meridian, 1.5 Miles from freeway and walking distance to Albertsons grocery store. The homes are situated in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with limited traffic.

Amenities include a TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels!

The 1090, 1098, and 1026 units include a propane BBQ grill for your use. Guests are responsible for providing or refilling the propane tank, as fuel is not stocked or guaranteed to be full.
A standard-size tank is provided and can be easily swapped or refilled at Walmart (795 Overland Rd Meridian, ID 83642- 4.3 miles / 10 min drive) or any other location that sells propane.
If you would like us to provide a full tank upon your arrival, a $60 convenience charge added to your reservation is required. Just message us in the app if you’d like to add this service.

Each home has it's own fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a 2-car garage and a spacious and private yard. The common spaces all have laminate flooring, open floor plan, granite counters and upgraded appliances. The BBQs are yours to use as well.

Family Reunion

We had a large family reunion in these 4 homes. It worked perfectly. The backyards were all connected by gates and we just left them open to go from house to house. The kitchens were well stocked. There were games to play. The only hard part was having a place for all of us to gather for meals, etc. so we rented some tables and chairs to use in the garage and backyard.

Excellent property for our size group.

The combined four properties worked well for our group of 15 adults. Clean and organized throughout. Good communication with the property manager. Felt like too many hoops to jump through for check in compared to all my other stays but it all worked out and the entire group enjoyed the stay. Note - may want to reference that the twins are better for smaller people as they weren't as comfortable for adults.

Nice stay for a large family but broken AC unit

We had a wedding in Meridian and needed a place for lots of extended family to stay. The houses were nice and it was fun for the kids and teens to maneuver between homes. I gave 3 stars because the 1st unit's AC didn't work the entire time we were there. We called the second day when we realized it really was an issue (we had checked in later the night before) and to their credit, someone came very quickly to look at it. They tried to fix it, but to no avail. The following day a technician came out but couldn't fix it, either. Then the 4th day we were leaving. We still used the condo for showering and bathrooms as we needed that space with the large group we had, but we didn't use the first house other than that because it was too hot (80-83 degrees inside the house) I tried to ask them to work with some sort of compensation since we didn't really use that space, and we were told no, that they had no control over whether the unit broke down or not. The technician told us he'd been called out last winter by renters of that same unit because the furnace didn't work, either. It would be nice if they got those issues fixed! Also, very minor but the listing shows inaccuracy of bathrooms. Home 1&2 say 2 bathrooms but home 3&4 say only 1 each. They all had 2 bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time as we'd spent unnecessary time before we arrived planning where everyone was going to sleep based on bathroom/shower space.

Great for family gatherings!

We were very satisfied with the way the unit are next to each other. This is a great place for family stays. I recommend that you bring bath and kitchen linens, also lawn chairs if your going to spend time in the backyard. The staff was great at helping us check in. We would stay here again!

We had this townhouse built to our exacting specifications. We wanted this home to have an open floorplan, upgraded everything and a huge back yard for relaxation. We picked Meridian because it's the town where I grew up and is now the fastest growing city in Idaho. We picked this neighborhood because it's very quiet and comfortable and also very close to Alebertsons and lots of other shops and restaurants.
