Welcome to our stylish and spacious upper unit of a two-family home, ideal for group trips. Enjoy the summer nights on the second-floor balcony. The updated kitchen, comfortable king/queen beds, and large living room provide the perfect space to relax. This adorable property was located convenient to KeyBank Center (where we went to see a concert) as well as multiple bars and restaurants and just a little further to a vibrant downtown area. The accommodations were more than comfortable and really well appointed. We plan to go back and saved it as a favorite!!

Great location and clean. Street parking only but it was not too difficult to find a parking. The only issue we had is that the downstairs unit has parking in the back but chose to park right at the entrance so it was hard to get by when carrying luggage.

The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was great and had what we needed to prepare meals. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking in the driveway was very handy. Brian was very quick to answer any questions except for the very end of our stay. I asked twice if we could stay an extra night or two (we were helping our son move into a house around the corner and we weren't sure if the house would be ready in time for us to move in) there was no response. In spite of that we would highly recommend this rental for your stay in Buffalo.

Cute, clean and perfect location! My 24 yr old was ready to move in permanently :) The decor was great and the kitchen to die for! Thanks for the snacks and the comfy beds! We enjoyed every minute! Great neighborhood too.

Apartment was adequate. Parking was a hassle sine you can’t park in the driveway. On street parking only so had to drive around the block several times and was not able to park close to the house. Unable to “enjoy summer evenings” like the listing states as there was NO furniture on the balcony.
