This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. So many things close by. Niagara Falls is about 30 minutes away! Lots of family fun! 4 minutes to the Galleria Mall. Many places to eat and have drinks! City of Buffalo is very close by! Sleeps-5 plus could bring air mattress if you need more space. Ialso have a toddler bed upon request and we have a clean pack and play for your little one.Has a key pad entry or key. There is a couch in living room. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly. Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I’m so glad that I stayed here. I was moving my daughter into University at Buffalo and needed a place to relax when we were done. This place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The perfect combination when I travel. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on a girls trip and felt very safe. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The park was nearby, so we took a walk one evening. It was a good driveable distance from Niagara Falls and Buffalo. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a well-stocked kitchen for cooking our meals. Check-in and check-out were both simple, and our host was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area!

We had a wonderful stay in June. Mary was communicative and kind - offering a toddler bed for my 4 year old (which is listed in his favorite parts about our trip) and being flexible when our flight was delayed. You can tell it's a well cared for home and the neighborhood was lovely for early summer walks in addition to being convenient to getting anywhere we wanted to go. We would be happy to stay again on future visits.

Host was helpful and great with communication! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is clean and updated. The apartment is part of the house and shares walls with the family. Shower water temp was hard to regulate. Overall a good stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very nice and clean. Location was great with the higheay close by and plenty of food and shopping options if needed. Mary was very accommodating with our late arrival after the bills game. We would stay here again if available nxt time were in buffalo.

It was our 2nd stay within a couple of weeks and both times my family and I had an incredible stay and very warm welcoming. The property is so homey that you forget you’re not at your own place. We most definitely will come back in the future. 10/10 doesn’t do it justice. LOOOOVED IIIITTTTT!!!!
