The home sits in a wooded 1.4 acre property making for a peaceful and private getaway, yet just an 8 minute drive to downtown State College. Minutes to restaurants and 100 yards to “W” CATA bus which conveniently stops at the Creamery.

Enjoy a spacious deck, hot tub, 2 fire pits and large lawns (1 of which has a badminton court)

Guests have use of the entire house with 5 bedrooms.

Close to town, yet uniquely nestled within lots of trees, the 1.4 acre property offers a true “getaway” feeling. The house offers lots of natural light and windows to enjoy the natural surroundings.

DECK - A large deck for entertainment and dining.
LIGHTING - Professional outdoor lighting and Italian string lights for an enjoyable ambiance.

2 FIRE PITS with outdoor bluetooth speakers.
