Beautiful Penthouse Condo In the Gated Community of Sandyport, Cable Beach, New Providence, Bahamas. 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to a pool, 1 minute walk to the tennis courts, private deck overlooking the canal. 3 bedrooms plus a full office. Open Concept Living Room / Dining Room. Upper level loft area is a great place to just get away to and chill. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. Unit is fully furnished including fridge, stove, washer/dryer, beverage fridge and freezer. A boat slip is available for smaller vessels.
