This newly built farmhouse boasts Floor to Ceiling Glass open to incredible views, is a 10 minute from downtown franklin, 30 minute to downtown nashville. 5 min to Berry Farms Shopping Center.
Beautifully decorated On five acres of rolling hills and partially wooded lot. Upstairs boasts cathedral beamed ceilings , white oak wood floors, large master bedroom with king bed with Purple brand high end mattress . Huge master suite closet and bathroom. Master Shower boasts double Shower heads and make up area.
Downstairs has two bedrooms (one double bed and 1 twin )with an additional living room area , smart TVs in both, wifi, high end appliances include a Bosch fully intergrated refrigerator, commercial gas range, bosch DW, Electrolux washer and dryer in seperate laundry room . Views are incredible . Sit out on upper deck and enjoy !

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please remove all food / trash and place in the trash bin at the end of the concrete driveway .
Wash all dirty dishes
Place both ac thermostats on 77 in summer and 57 in winter Lock up and place the key in the lockbox. Safe travels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove shoes at foyer to protect the White Oak wood floors
