Two bedrooms upstairs to comfortably sleep four people, one bed and ensuite bath downstairs, as well as a living room with a full-size hide-a-bed couch that fits two adults. Full, well-stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and full size dining area to make your stay comfortable.

We loved our stay at this property. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, and we loved walking through the friendly neighborhood each morning. The house was perfect for us and such a bargain. It was well stocked and clean, and Rylea was the perfect host.

Your South Grandview house was perfect for the family's short, weekend visit. Family activities on Saturday were elsewhere, so it was actually only used for the two overnight stays and it was very comfortable for that.

A place to call home in Dubuque!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this lovely home! Our 2 young kids and aging parents were all comfortable here with plenty of space for everyone! We loved walking Grandview Ave with our coffee in the morning and sitting on the front porch with wine in the evening. The playground at the nearby school was a huge plus for the kids! We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Stay

The house is adorable and has everything you could need. The location is great. They even have supplies for your dog. The hosts were very responsive. We were in town for my dad's funeral. They accommodated our special timing needed for checkout which was incredibly thoughtful. A truly wonderful place to stay.

Perfect for 5

Very clean, updated house, perfect for our group with a bedroom on the main floor and 2 upstairs. Traveling with a baby, we were excited about the toy corner! Would highly recommend.
