We are both from San Diego and we love what our city has to offer. Santee is a soulful community with plenty of both places to get your shopping done and recreation opportunities in both the hills and the serene lakes.

We chose this neighborhood because it's an awesome community in itself, it's close to many surrounding areas plus it's a simple 15 minute commute to the beach.

We looked at countless homes before finding Rolling Hills. Why we chose this home, is that it is on a nice quiet, wide road with expansive views out the backyard. Plus it's in an established neighborhood where everyone is so nice and welcoming.
