Welcome to Joie de Vivre (Joy of Living) Lake House at Toledo Bend.. The sunsets on the lake are really something that pictures can not capture. Nestled in a deep-water cove right off the main lake just across from Big Bass and Buckeye Marinas, where you have the heart of the south end of the lake at your fingertips. All furnished, this quaint (3) bedroom (2) full baths home with lots of open kitchen and living room space to enjoy the beautiful views of Toledo Bend out the windows across the back of the house. It’s definitely everything you are looking for. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and full bathroom, perfect for an adult couple. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Included in the 2nd living room is a full-size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms come with freshly washed sheets and comfortable full-size pillows. Both bathrooms have towels and washcloths. The house also includes a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all cooking and eating necessities. This home has a nice boat house with 2 boat lifts and a fish cleaning station. The boat house is also complete with stairs that go directly into the water and has it’s own brush-pile area to do some fishing right off the dock.
