Please Note: We do not have a hot tub, Come relax in our home not far from Tuscaloosa and University Alabama campus. River access nearby. Country living centrally located.1954 house newly renovated, nice, peaceful, listen to the birds geese. The house is Far enough to be secluded , yet not so far from Tuscaloosa.We now have high-speed internet for your enjoyment.phone service is slim to none use FaceTime audio calling with internet pick’s up better. The vacation home is located on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. Laundry room equipped with a Washer and a Dryer.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the vacation home.

The vacation home has plenty of parking for over sized vehicles,uhaul,etc.

We also are pet friendly all we ask is that you clean up after your fur baby’s ,it’s up to you to leave a pet fee or not ,must be house broken, we have a fur baby to so we understand trying to find pet friendly accommodations.and we also have pet steps in case your fur baby needs steps for etc.

We have a small town Grocery Store, Dollar general, a post office, and a chevron located 7 miles in Fosters.also a few restaurants.

If your looking for peace and quiet away from the modern day hassle of town then this is the place for you!!

The KEMP’S BL’ONE is located in Fosters, 20 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium, 20 miles from Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, as well as 16 miles from Stillman College. The air-conditioned property is 19 miles from University of Alabama, and guests benefit
from complimentary High-speed internet,
The house is far enough to be secluded , yet close enough to enjoy the attractions of Tuscaloosa.
Free parking on site. Cleaning fee is $19 , up to you to leave an extra tip for the housekeeper.

Phone service is slim to none but you can use FaceTime audio works good with internet.

Paul W Bryant Museum is 20 miles from the vacation home. The nearest airport is Tuscaloosa international airport 15 from The KEMP’S BL’ONE.while Birmingham international airport is 68 mls 1 hour 5 mins from the house.we now have tickets available for purchase ,the home games 4 tickets to each game home football game in Tuscaloosa..We do not have.hot tub just wanted to inform that we are working with vrbo to get that straightened out.

Nice place in the country with easy access to The University of Alabama. Everything we needed for a great football weekend was available. Easy check in and out.

Nice quiet place

We was traveling from Texas to Tennessee for vacation, it was very quiet and clean property. It was perfect for our stop. Only thing i could say is the location is a little off the beaten path with not much food options but the place has everything you would need to cook if you brought food

Country living

The host did a phenomenal job of making us feel right at home. If you're a country boy like me, you'll fit right in. If not it'll take you some getting used to but you will enjoy it once you do. Noise factor is near zero. Your own thoughts can be heard. Plenty of things to do with in distance that's not too great to drive. Within minutes of the stadium, museum, and other attractions. Rates are definitely very competitive versus hotel rates. IMO, I would rather stay at a place like this in a hotel any day of the week even if they wiped my own butt for me. 😂 I am very meticulous on my reviews so just know that you won't be disappointed unless you're just named Karen. In that case, get a hotel Karen. 😂

Dirty, dishwasher not installed. Oven so filthiest couldn't be used. Smelly cigarette odor on piech as you enter. Dog or cat hairs everywhere, and smelled. Shower had bars of soap leftover and had black hairs on it, So gross. Up at 1am, left at 6am, if I could have gotten my money back i would have left when i saw the inside of the place. It is not worthy of a VRBO listing. When teens can't eat there and dont want to stay you know it's bad. The focus on the tv and wifi seemed very important to the host, but clean and able to actually be able to breathe easily is my #1 priority. The photos in listing don't show the dirt. One bedroom, maybe 10x10 had 4 mounted deer trophies, 1 would have been ok, but 4 was way over kill. I will be more selective and questioning in future reservations.

As far as the one bedroom with the Deer mounted yes we have 4 and yes it is listed in the photos as far as smoke smell on the front porch maybe but could had been previous guests we don’t allow smoking indoors but as far as front porch and carport yes , dishwasher is installed,in pics also,as far as soap maybe forgot to remove the bar,we do keep our oven time deep clean every 2 weeks we also have a air purifier in our home,
