With 9-foot ceilings, oversized bedrooms, and a large, comfortable living room, there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city.

The home has been recently remodeled with an updated, comfortable interior while retaining the character that makes the property unique. Guests also enjoy a full-size washer and dryer, making it especially convenient for longer stays.

One of the biggest perks is one free designated parking space in the garage adjacent to the unit—a valuable convenience when staying near the heart of Nashville.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties. There cannot be more people than stated in the reservation without prior approval, $200 fine and subject to cancellation and eviction.
$50 late checkout fee beyond 11AM without permission. No loud or rowdy activities, quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
Same day bookings MUST provide the information requested in the Rental Agreement PRIOR to booking. If you need details message us and we will send.
