ESCAPE IT ALL at this welcoming stylish, comfortable 4 bedroom Home!! renovated with your comfort at foremost consideration. Experience the best of this peaceful neighborhood and all the amenities this home has to offer. The grand open concept of this floor plan is perfect for keeping your family and friends together under the same roof.

We’re new to this platform however we do have perfect score in another platform, so we have experience, you’re in good hands.

You can enjoy the subdivision community clubhouse where you can have complementary access to the pool, the gym, basketball court, and the playground.

Unfortunately the garage is not available for guests to use, it will be close out, you will be parking in the driveway.
The community clubhouse where you can access to the pool and gym is half of mile from the house.
We don’t allow RV’s, big trucks or trailers, no charging available for electrical vehicles.
We have a security camera outside in front of the house.

The house was wonderful, comfortable and yet with a luxurious feel. If hopefully when I visit family in the area again, it will be my 1st choice to stay. Centrally located and close to food and beverages.

Beautiful home and amenities

Property is beautiful, clean and exactly as advertised. Clubhouse amenities were clean and easy to access. Pools were great and loved the lap pool. Other families and staff were courteous. Safe, quiet and beautiful property.

Great House

The space was very accommodating for our family. We were in town for the holidays visiting family and the house was very spacious. Outdoor space was phenomenal. The home was decorated beautifully. Its close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book the location again.

Family Gathering

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean and peaceful home. It had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. I also can’t say enough about the host. She was so attentive to all our needs. Their check in and out process was so easy. The location was perfect for a family wedding which was in ST. John’s. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely Amazing

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was impeccably clean, featuring modern and stylish furniture, and the TVs were brand new. The outdoor area was also a highlight, providing the perfect space for relaxation and enjoyment. The host was equally outstanding, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn't be more satisfied and would highly recommend this property! Easiest 5 Star review!

Spectacular getaway!!

We loved our stay here at this absolutely beautiful rental! The backyard patio hang out is what had captured my eye in the beginning but in the end I was in love with the whole house and area! It was perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do while we were vacationing and our kiddos loved the little swing-set right next door to the house, made it so nice for just enjoying a night in as well! Vicky and Freddy had a very fast response time and were just lovely to rent from, 10/10 would rent again! Thank you!!!

Perfect Holiday Location for Family Visit!!

I was so excited to find this listing in the north St Johns area only 10 min from our house in Durbin Crossing, and every bit of what was advertised was met! Vicky and Freddy were as responsive hosts as I have ever had. We were even able to add a day on the front end with not a lot of notice, as our various family members were shifting travel arrangements. My Brother In Law loved the back yard, and it was perfect for the mix of teenagers who wanted some alone time plus comfy living room and kitchen to socialize. Skip the hotel when your family comes to town and stay here, you won't be sorry. As soon as we have dates for next visit by family or out of town friends, will book again!
