It is new and a great place to relax. There is some green space for sitting on the porch and watching cars go by. The inside is relaxing and the colors are perfect for a Florida home. In true Florida style the house sits on a lot that is open. There is a gas grill outback so feel free to throw some meat on the grill. You are on vacation…no cooking indoors 😁No worries everyone issafe and friendly around here. If you want a true Florida experience to include outside relaxing on the carport, this place is for you. Great Indoor or outdoor option. The beach is 40 minutes away and Downtown is 20 minutes away. Trust your instincts and book this home, You will not be disappointed. I stayed in a Airbnb a few years ago and fell in love with the idea of hosting people in the area I grew up in. I felt like I wanted others to experience a taste of true Florida living, which cannot be found in hotel.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Best location for freedom and privacy. The area of town is not over developed and great place to relax while getting away from the stress of city life. Also the house sits on 1/2 acer of land in front of a big family house. The people are super friendly and they love the idea of hosting guest. however, they will not bother you during your stay. They will give wave to be friendly....so please wave back. ;)
